hello to all xda members i'm new here as you guess i want to ask someone if he knows a safe way to root my xperia x10 mini pro i'm asking that because i've search for any root way such as exploid or one click rooting but in comments i have read that all who tried to root on x10 mini pro with android 2.1 failed can you help me or tell me a way to root my phone???? thnx in advance
Try using SuperOneClick with the GingerBreak exploit. Likn in my sig under 'easy root' Most devices will work, it won't break your phone if it doesn't

now i know that it can be done also w/ version that has a gingerbreak exploit.
i rooted my phone using the lower version that doesn't have an exploit.

Have you looked into the super one click method? Its really simple and it works on most android phones and OSs. There are only a few it doesn't work on. Search here. On xda for the most recent version. There's atleast one video on youtube if it helps to see how to do it first.

i have tried that but and after i click root, there a superuser or something. bt when i try to run progs that require root, it fails.
Hey guys....try with 'Z4mod'...i have done it in my mobile (motorola quench xt3 - which is simila to greco)
i didn't face any problem....mine also same version of yours...

Thanks for the tip, but i think superoneclick is not working on my PC, i tried z4 root, doesn't work. Are there any other programs that I could use?
I am not sure if I am in the right forum. However I have just bouth the new Onda V919. tablet Phone which is unrooted. If you know of a rooting please let me know , with the link to my email.

First try framaroot..... if it doesn't work Try searching for my universal guide for rooting any android manually....

No luck in trying to root my lg39c (optimus II). Tried framaroot as well as another and it will not work. Please any advice or helpful knowledge would be great!

Use iRoot (previously knows as vRoot)
Make sure to try both the mobile app and the PC program.
