Q:I get a force closure before i setup the phone, is there a fix?
A:YES! We have a special fix thanks to a local member of the xda community, although he stands for his Droid Incredible, he was extremely nice enough to fix this fc for us. THANKS ALLOT; to fix this problem, follow these few steps:
Flash Rom
Reboot
Be sure to Follow Through on Setup
Download jermaine's fix from the end of this post and place on root of sd
Boot into recovery
Wipe Cache, then Dalvik
Flash his fix
Reboot, and your set
Q: Why doesn't MMS work?
A: Due to a bad apn, stock messaging app still doesn't allow us to send a Multimedia Message, we do have a work around for the moment. Included in the rom is GO SMS, use it as your stock messaging app. This will allow you to send MMS messages, ten fold. Go to stock messaging app and turn off notifications, and setup up Go SMS to your likeings, and tada! Send your favorite picture to whoever now! ENjoy

Did you guys fix the bug where the phone freezes when you get a call while the phone is charging? That happened to me too many times so i had to switch till its fixed.
the original is my favorite rom and hopefully this will build on it and be that much better. good job guys!

This rom takes sense 2.1 and adds seo's 3.0 goodies and a beautiful honeycomb theme. Making this rom one amazing rom. Speed patches and kernel makes the speed and battery life simply amazing. VERSION 2.0:Format data,catche, boot and system in recovery under "mounts and storage". Flash the 2.0 rom and reboot.

Its beautiful and the ui is butter. You wont regret. Fyi,if you get fc on weather,disable sounds. Look on his thread,you will see trial and error reports

Unlocking the screen,its a little laggy. IM running @ 1497 and no audiofix. I would format data,system,catche and then flash. After flashing I would let boot up then reboot the device. Then set your setcpu

as much as I loved this thing. I had to switch back to LeeDroid
There is something causing a major battery drain for me. Its always syncin contacts from my accounts. i left my house at 100 percent battery and drove to work about 30 minutes and when I got there I was down to 80 percent.
Any ideas?

Everything seems to work ok- camera, video, wifi, bluetooth, etc. But op states 2.3.4 on my phone shows 2.3.3.

you should have added "take screenshot" in phone options when pressing power button..
but this is a good rom, I really like it...

Just added this ROM as my 5th and final ROM on boot manager. Nothing like like running 5 total ROMs on a single EVO

Differences are slight for some things (like settings menu) and more pronounced in others (widget text and browser are very noticeable). Here is the settings menu comparison

Ok I know this might be a really stupid question. But if I rename the zip file to update.zip can I flash this via the stock recovery or do I have to use Clockwork Mod Recovery?
I am currently completely stock and still S-on, I am really waiting on a working and usable ICS ROM before I S-off and flash Clockwork Mod Recovery or maybe another custom recovery image, I will make that decision when that time comes. Plus I do have a warranty still and I am trying to hold out as long as I can before voiding it.
Edit: Never mind I forgot about the security issue. You now CID checks and such as that. So I am going to say I can not do this, darn it

Kmod v2 for HTC Explorer/Pico (Gingerbread)

Hi all! K-mod v2 is here. This is a small mod that changes the look of your sense-based rom. This mod was made by taking Jaggyrom's apks as base (These were the only ones I had ). This hasn't been tried on any other rom yet.
IMPORTANT:
-You need to mount /system before flashing.
-I take no responsibility for any damage caused, including the phone bursting into flames/ exploding.
-If you havent flashed this mod already, First flash K-mod_Og.zip, then K-mod_updater.zip and finally K-mod_v2.zip. If updating, Just flash K-mod_v2.zip.
