Bionix Black Ice Battery and Volume Mod

The battery is just black and white it's the stock look and for the Voodoo update. I also added Black Ice to the footer and this has not been updated for Voodoo don't know if that matters.

It's not just have to cook the twframework-res.apk in UOT kitchen once it's done extract it and rename it back to twframework-res.apk

ty for the update i like the battery mod actually better the black n white one it seems to fit...
queston tho was trying to replace the boot animation i cooked one in the kitchen installed via cwm still didnt take even tried to push the bootanimation file and overwrote it and still comes up with the team wiskey one any expertise in this area?

Move the team whiskey bootanimation.zip to sdcard and replace it with the one you want. Dont overwrite alltogether just swap them. Hope that helps you

omg i was beating my head againt the wall on that one thank u lol
tried that it doesnt wanna move it useing file expert for this... havent had issues with any other files with it just this one lol

Don't flash the last mod it changes the power button menu to black ill have to fix this sorry. i deleted the one with the problem

update OP for Voodoo didn't know if it mattered also upload new pics. I did change the battery it's the stock battery in the 2nd pic.

Here are the PSDs if you guys want your own colors. Try not to use PS as the transparency on the PNG seems to disappear...use GIMP and try the HUE/SATURATION setting under COLORS.

Works fine after reboot. After applying with MetaMorph the screen went blank so I had to pull the battery. Don't know if that was a problem with MetaMorph or your mod but it works now. Thanks!

Works great on CrystalPyramid rom. Sensation TMOUS.

I flashed cystral pryamid and his overglow and honey comb battery meter after that metamorph glows do not work

Will this work with a Rooted Stock Rom? Just curious..

It should because all the current roms are almost stock anyways heh...but do a nandroid backup prior to doing this.
Everytime I use metamorph (first time on the Sensation) it goes black screen and I always have to do a battery pull to reboot.

Works great on Baadnws 2.3.4 rom. Sensation 4G TMOUS.

Not working on rooted stock TMOUS. Metamorph gives me an error message about not enough space in /system. How much space is needed? I have 128 megs free.

You can avoid battery pull by wiping Cache & Dalvik...

when i try to install this it says: installation aborted in cwm

This happened to me too. What I did was, I mounted the system to r/w through root explorer then tried metamorphic again and it worked.

Make sure you have Busybox installed...
!!!ONLY WORKING ON ANDROID 2.3.3!!!! Don't know why yet..!!!
also make sure that your file has to be mirrored and rotated by 180 degres for it to look correct..
Always remember to do a Backup..!!

Edit: I guess I missed the part about mounting the system. No lock ring at all had to restore system.

Do you have a custom ROM installed or the Stock one?? Had the same, when I tried to flash a ring from a Stock ROM ring..

I uploaded one, which is customized to your ROM... as it seems, it doesn't work with a every Stock ROM, because the files are named differently on every System.. I'd be happy if you could tell me if this package worked for you.. Thanks

I have to root first

Thanks, but that is where I'm confused. What are the steps to use CWM to install? When I tried this my status bar went away completely.

Can you make one with the following colors?
Blue
Green
Yellow
Orange
Red
Same thing when you are charging.
Blue is highest & Red is lowest.

I never used CWM to flash, just used recovery... but I tried it and I thought everything was working but my phone rebooted and the battery meter didnt change... can someone check if my steps are right...
1. open cwm
2. click on "flash update"
3. find the file
4. once the file pops up on the top, click on that
5. press flash
phone than shows recovery menu and does something, reboots...yet battery meter hasn't changed

It should work that way too.... Basically the same.
Make sure it's not giving up any errors when it flashes.

Either CWM recovery or recovery is fine

You can also manually copy the files from the zip with Root Explorer, then reboot.

this wouldnt mess with call reception would it, maybe pure coincidence but my call right after doing this, my phone was cutting in and out...like i said, may be pure coincidence, ill find out after more calls

Might need Sense framework. Try pushing to system/app just in case. There is a price to using a non-Sense ROM, even for the Sense haters (and I am one). I'm stuck just to keep the Sense Camera app...

The problem is that it is a sense ROM lol

If you can't get it to work, Energy ROM has movie editor in it.
If anything pull the app from Energy ROM, put it in the place it in the trickdroid zip system/app and flash it again.

Push there, then click to install from root explorer sometimes works for me

Don't know if it is what you wanted, but I pulled the APK from my CM9, it's the movie editor...

use this guide, it worked for me

After pushing the apk in /system/app, you may try restarting your phone. That's what i'm always doing after i push an apk there. Works everytime.
