You need to search the forums for others post on your device.
If you get no results here, try searching google.
Hope this helps you in your search, I would help out but know nothing about your device.

I tried many cisf.ko founded on the forum and on others ones but no one is working on my device
I always get "wrong exec format" probably because they are compiled for other cpu
If someone can help it will be really appreciated
Dear Experts !
I write to you as a self realized noob ! i just try to help a friend unbricking his android device. I tried to look on the forum for a thread talking about this device but i could not find it.
In fact, my friend had a "mobiltab" sleek (google it chinese wanna be android tablet! which looks just like herotab device) device with a bit of a hardware problem. Wifi could not connect to any network, in fact, the device could not show mac adress of this device.
He tried to update the firmware using a "herotab" custom rom by putting it in the root of the device internal SD and rebooting.
Now the device is bricked and could not start
i would like to help it and i heard from some friends about this forum so here i am trying to get some help ...
thank you very much for your indulgence and provided help. thanks.

Hi!
I have flashed LeWa OS 1.4 alpha on my ZTE V790 (kis lite), and this is not the first time I flashed this ROM, but now I get this error where WIFI can be turned on, but it cant connect, so I started ADB logcat from cmd (its pretty big, over 306 pages(I think its repeating around 20 times))
And also im kinda neww to this ADB thing and i cant figure out what the problem is. (i saw in a few places that the BSSID is all 00000... , but in Kali Linux the BSSID that loads from airdump-ng is different), and just to say, I have tried to replace wpa_supplicant.conf, but that didnt work!
SO if someone knows how to fix it, PLEASE HELP!

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. There is no forum specifically for the ZTE V790 but you may want to ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. That's a good place to start where members familiar with your device might be able to advise you.
Good luck!

Hi there,
I'm brand new so please forgive me/move this thread if it's in the wrong place!
I have rooted devices before but in the Android Donut dark ages lol.
I'm having trouble getting my device (Hisense Sero 7 Pro UK) to load fastboot. I've followed all the instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2277112. My cmd on Windows shows my serial number under adb devices but not fastboot devices. When I hold Power+VolumeUp (as I believe is the hardware requirement for this device) the device boots into Android Stock Recovery.
I'm trying to install a new rom (but am not yet rooted) as per: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/rom-sero-7-pro-uk-au-aosp-5-0-2r1-dopa5-t3015014
This is driving me absolutely mental as I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
Massive thanks in advance,
Sarah
