It looks like Waterdrops plus live wallpaper as you can use a customer wallpaper behind the effects:
If you look at the video on the play store for the above the effects are extremely similar, its just got a different background

I've done it...waterdrops plus from Google Play store and a wallpaper called Rain Wallpaper HD from Zedge.
Hi Guys not sure if many have tried this , just wanted to share my experience ,
I have modded the build.prop to get the lcd density to 240 , and then installed the xperia multi resolution home launcher with the Xperia apps like album , walkman and Movies , this give me amazing apps of SONY and the Launcher now can have a grid upto 9x9 along with the app drawer and the text looks absolutely fine at this density ...

Hello,
I can't play my favourite game Fieldrunners on my HTC One with fullscreen.
When I start the Game it is in fullscreen but when I use peach-to-zoom it don't zooms
it get in a other resoultion like here:

I tried the app Spare Parts. But it don't change anything.
On my LG Optimus Speed I haven't that problem.
I think the display resolution of my HTC One is to high.
Please help me. How can I change the display resolution of apps.
