If you have a copy of the original I can likely convert it into blue. Just give me an example of the colour of blue you want.
Thanks but I can't find its folder location...its not in the customize/resource folder..those are the stock ones...skyraider has its own set...

Seems to be the case... heh I downloaded what you are running (I'm on stock, just because I need everything working, even if it's slightly boring x.x) and was unable to find any custom wallpapers in any of the folders (it must be packed in an .apk or other resource file somewhere). Someone from the community should be able to provide further info though.

Sure, but do you want to use the file you uploaded as source (compared to a larger image)?
Im not sure how clear this image is cuz im on my phone..i could use a jpg tho if its more clear..whatever is easiest for u, I appreciate it

No problem, a larger image is normally easier to work with (and would probably look better on your phone), so let me know if you ever have another file you'd like blue-ized. Also the Tap-A-Talk program might have made the upload size smaller. I attached a quicky version of a blue-ization. I don't know if you can view attachments in Tap-A-Talk, so I'll post a url in this post as well.

Edit 2: Also if you don't like the color of blue, let me know (I can try and match it to the hue SkyRaider blue... I kind of just picked a random blue =p).
A tad lighter if possible, sr blue is nice, im using the ported theme..i like it only theres still a somewhat red appearnce, are u able to clean it up some?

heh, I thought I was seeing things (sorry about that red)... this should fit more in with the theme and all traces of red should be gone! Feedback is welcomed if it's not what you were hoping for =).

Since I'm new to the Evo, coming from a waste of time Fruit phone (pun intended) I want to help out in the XDA community.. I'm still learning and would love to partner up with some of you boot animators splash etc....

So with that said I'm going to start adding my flare of splash screens for your viewing pleasure.. I'm a huge Super Hero fan along with other ideas for splash screen.
I'm open for ideas, but want to add more splash screens to the community.. We all have our own ideas but I'd like to add my own swag to the bunch.. .

HOW TO:
1. Download “Filename”.zip and choose save location
2. Choose the PC36IMG.zip file and move/copy it to the root of your sdcard
3. Load your phone into Bootloader
4. Once you in the Bootloader it will automatically search for the PC36IMG.zip (NOTE: make sure your in the Bootloader and not in fastboot! If in fastboot, select [using volume UP/DOWN] Bootloader then press your Power button)
5. It will tell you it has located the file and ask if you would like to UPDATE (it will say “press vol up for yes, vol down for no”) press VOLUMEup and update the splash.
6. It will go through a quick update sequence then ask “would you like to reboot the device? Press VOLUMEup for yes or VOLUMEdown for no” Press VOLUMEup and reboot your phone.
7. ENJOY!
****When you download the file just remove the "name in the file" and leave the PC36IMG****

Hi all,
Didn't see a wallpaper thread for our qHD Sensations, so I thought I'd start one. First off, a wall that I just downloaded from the Atrix 4G that I think looks fantastic on the Sensation (better than HTC's walls, IMO).
Keep the wallpapers to a minimum of 540x960, please. 1080x960 for those who aren't using Sense.
I go with my tried & true fluorescence from Digital Blasphemy or just about any wallpaper from that site

That's exactly the wall that I had on my PC when I met my wife...she asked if I was a stoner (it would make more sense if she asked if I did shrooms, hah).
This site has some pretty good wallpapers, you just have to crop it a little since they are for the iPhone.
Made this for myself , just love how dock and not-bar blend with it.

I always use the XDA app. Not sure if a long press can immitate a right click on the device, but give it a try. Otherwise, view the thread with the XDA app or transfer the wall to your device via USB.
Edit: Just tried it out, simply press the image, it will open the larger version, then long press and select save image.

poolga.com/ and tseventy.com/ have some very cool and original wallpapers, they are for the iphones resolution but can be cropped to suit the sensation screen.

I always end up going back to this one. Looks great centered when using Sense.
Some more of my favorites. Resolution is a little smaller (was for my Vibrant), but they are high res enough to not be very noticeable if at all.

here are two that i made a long time ago you can use if you want
im=ironman
imh=ironman helmets
pics match the zip, remove the (xxx) place on sdcard boot into bootloader and let it find the file and do its thing when asked to update press yes(volume up) then again for reboot
i also have a ironman helmet lockring if you want it
i have an iron man bootanimation but i'll have to get back at you when i get home

I didn't like the regular splash screen (green letters on white background), so i did some research on how I might do this and searched for a better image.
Attached is a PD98IMG.zip file which can be used to replace your splash screen image (the image that is shown first when powered on). Also attached is an image of what the new splash screen will look like.
Install it as you would any other PD98IMG file [PHONE MUST HAVE S-OFF]:
1. Place the file in the root directory of your SD card
2. Power on your phone while holding down on your side volume key
3. After a few seconds, HBOOT will detect the PD98IMG file and ask you if you want to start update
4. Press up on the volume key to install the new splashscreen
5. After update is complete, it will instruct you to press power to reboot
I haven't made an image to use to revert to the original, mainly because i think no one would want to go back to green/white after seeing the silver/black in action!
If requested, I can make an image that will revert to green/white.
I can also make custom splash screens if people are interested!
Post any questions to this thread and I will answer them promptly.
cool i like it, although ENG s-off is not required. radio s-off worked just fine for me. ENG s-off is scary, ide never try it. lol quick question, ive been looking for windows software to resize my images to 480x800 to make my own splash screens, any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have always used Photoshop, but Picasa 3 from Google will allow you to resize and crop (among other things). I just opened picasa for the first time and it actually looks pretty nice!

The bigger the resolution of the original image, the better it'll look. Regarding text, it may be best to add text to an image that is already 480x800 to keep it sharp.
The attached thumbnail has been shrunk down.... the real thing looks better. I just wanted to include the thumb so people know what they are getting.
Also, I snagged that silver/black HTC pic from another phone's forums a few days ago. I tried finding it again to give credit to whomever made it, but I couldn't find it. If anyone knows where it was originally posted, lemme know so I can credit the creator.

I'm ok with the stock boot animation, if it were colored black and silver like your splash screen, or something similar. I'm sure there is something already out there. I just haven't looked since the boot animation isn't something I see too often.

Thanks to mudknot2005, I have my boot animation. It is green HTC on black, but it looks much better than green on white and it compliments this splash screen nicely. Having removed the long AT&T boot animation now has my phone booting much faster, like it should be booting. Now to find a down animation.

Yo have to go into HBoot... Power your phone off completely... Hold the volume down while pressing the power button... The phone should see it once your in HBoot... I think you have to press volume up to load it, then reboot... Hope this helps...
If you are doing the above process and still receive error, try redownloading the file...

Unfortunately, I've done all that and double checked....anything else?
Maybe my sd card is corrupting....it has been acting really really strange, not being able to access it...but i'm not touching anything until the next CD rom gets fixed/released...too many variables (process of elimination FTW)
