So I did a search and followed instructions on how to use m10 tools to change my lockscreen. I decompiled the fusion.apk, and the IdleScreen_Base.apk, replaced the image files with my own, saved, and pushed via M10 Editor. On my lockscreen, it looks like this. Can anyone provide guidance to what's happening? It looks like the bar and ring aren't being resized properly, as it was a lot larger before.
Should this go under the M10 thread?

Problem solved. Just got the fusion.apk and Idlescreen_base.apk from the ROM I was running and redid it. This was after a wipe to stock and reflashing the LeeDRoID rom.

Sorry if this really should be posted somewhere else, but thank you in advance for any answers.
Now for a few questions I'm sure any of you senior members here can answer without too much trouble,

See the 'task manager w/down arrow' icon in the titlebar, how do I enable that back? It was removed in the ROMeOS image.
Can someone upload a zip/rar of the stock Fuze wallpapers/avatars (for contacts)?
Well I thought the task manager was 'HTC Taskmanager' but after installing the cab and soft reset I do not show it.

Is there any post install steps I need to do?
doh, just found out that there is a newer version on the rom page that I over looked --going to try it out when I get home,

Hi,
I'm currently making a theme for CM6.1 RC2. I was wondering if there is a way to edit the unlock slider. I was able to find the lock, sound, etc. icons but can't find the bar when ur in the process of unlocking.

The images you need to change are in /system/framework/framework-res.apk. You'll need to change the images in /res/drawable-hdpi. The images you need to switch out are the ones that start with "ic_jog, jog_dial" and "jog_tab".
Check out this thread for a deeper explanation.

I'm running SlimKat 4.4.2 and I have the new KitKat dialer, but when I'm in call I get the ugly black keypad, that I'm not a huge fan of.
Are these two separate APKs? And if so, where can I get the stock 4.4 "in-call" apk? I have done a search but I can only find the dialer.apk and I'm assuming that is the part that I currently have.
New Dialer:

Whoops sorry, can this be moved to the Q&A forum?
Taking a shot in the dark here
Contacts apk
Dialer apk
TeleService apk ( used to be phone apk )
Might try looking through each one and double check
How can I remove this?
if i replace beanstalk Framework-res.apk to other one like SlimSaber,
I got Softbrick? so how to change this. i cant find any solution on google tho.

Open the apk and look for the image. If you find it, replace it with an image of same dimensions. I do not recommend unzipping the apk. Only replacing the image within the apk.
I decompile three APK (Framework, SystemUI and Settings) and still cant see the Beanstalk Reboot Image..
You do not need to decompile to look in the apk and/or replace the image. I do not recommend decompiling the apk.
You might look in -- framework-res\res\drawable-hdpi\busy_dlg_icon.png
