Last time we saw on how you can root your Samsung Galaxy Ace GT 5830 which is on the Stock firmware 2.2.1 and also recently we came up with an article covering on how you can easily upgrade the firmware of your Samsung Galaxy Ace GT 5830 to the latest XXKP9 2.3.3. We really apologize for bringing in the article to root this firmware as for all those who have followed the procedure to update the latest XXKP9 2.3.3 the root access was revoked as the firmware was new. So, not to worry as we will now see in the due course of this article on how you can easily root your Samsung Galaxy Ace, which is powered by latest XXKP9 2.3.3 Gingerbread version of firmware.
Please note that many users doesn’t know the benefit of rooting the device, for all those you can refer on what are the benefits of rooting Android device here and then can proceed to the rooting of the device. Please also note that rooting the device voids the warranty, though the warranty can be claimed back by un rooting the device. We will see on how to root the device but just in case if you wish to know how you can un root the device so that you can re claim the warranty which is voided because of rooting then all you need to do is to update your Galaxy Ace GT 5830 again with the XXKP9 2.3.3 from the above link and then the root access will be revoked and then the fresh firmware will be installed without the rooting access.
So, now let’s proceed and see on actually how you can root the device, it’s very important to follow the instructions which are mentioned below including the ones which are mentioned as the pre rooting instructions followed by the express procedure on how you can root Galaxy Ace GT 5830.

Hi Guys/Girls
I just got a samsung galaxy s2 and i am planing on rooting it.
to root it does the version of the android or the baseband matter?
For the s2 running gingerbread the root procedure is simple via Odin and KIES. However if you have upgraded to ICS its more complicated. And no, the baseband does not matter
Hit "Thanks" if this was helpful
So I've never rooted my phone before, but I've searched high and low on how to root my Verizon Note 3 running 4.2.2 and have been unable to find any help. I tried Klingo and it tells me the device is not supported and it will not complete the root process. Is there any hope for me out there?
Please visit Verizon Galaxy Note 3 section for that - http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-galaxy-note-3

Hi,
If you are using a custom rom, you need to ask in the rom thread for help. If you are trying to Root an official 5.0 update.... I need your device model number to point you towards help. But I'm pretty sure no Grand device has an official Lollipop update.... So you are likely using a rom... So please ask for help in the thread you downloaded the rom from.
Thanks!
lately i've been trying to root my samsung J1 ace sm-j110H baseband version J110HXXU0APD3.
i have tried kingroot (android anc pc) kingo root( android and pc) genuis root 360 root and many others but yet none of those managed to root my phone.

Wrong place to ask, you need to ask in the XDA board dedicated to your device, this is a board dedicated to xPosed framework
Hi Everyone,
I accidentally deleted pictures from my samsung galaxy s6 phone and am looking into rooting the phone to recover them (havent used the phone since then). But most of the applications out there require rooting. I have looked into pingpong root and Chainfire but they dont list the exact build version of my phone.
EXACT build version of my galaxy s6:
MMB29K.G920IDVU3EPH9
WHAT'S available online:
the closest i found is from chainfire (CF-auto root) is MMB29K.G920IDVU3EPC6.
Please advise if i can use the root file meant for the build available with chainfire or if anyone has rooted their galaxy s6 for my exact build then please advise on that.
