Well, I set my Sensation down for a bit as I had gotten a new toy a few days ago but hadn't opened it yet. Anyway long story short, it shipped S-On to my dismay. BUT... I did get temp root on it and will post instructions and a Linux script and Windows batch to assist in temp rooting as well as a gscript lite set up to temp root on boot so no need for a PC. It's just late and I need some sleep. More soon... CR

I wanted to root my Droid just so I could OC it... I read up on it and so I rooted through SuperOneClick method and that worked flawlessly. Then I installed LGB 1.42 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=997065) and that was seamless as well. Then I got SetCPU and now I can go up to 1.1GHz! Thanks a lot! Just wanted to thank you guys for developing this software + helping others use/install it as well to get the most out of our Android phones. *applaud*

NOTE: My phone is rooted and I assume most of you guys have your phone rooted as well, there is a method in this thread for applying this to an UNROOTED phone, but I have not tried it and I don't know that it will work, just saying
NOTE: If you mess up your phone by following the instructions in this thread, that's your fault, YOU"RE choosing to follow them (it worked for me I'm sure it will work for you!)
Ok so im trying to follow this tutorial here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2488293&nocache=1&nocache=1
that is the phone I have to to be safe I figure go with something that matches up perfectly to what i have right?
now i followed everything perfectly and here is where the issue is.....flash loader
I have done everything the tutorial says and then loaded the file into the flash loader, took out my battery and clicked download but it will not start do anything.
I mean any ideas, am I using the flash loader wrong? should i run it when my phone is on?

Hi all, I just got bored and started to read the n5 quick start guide for the first time. I've owned this phone for almost a year and I'm very happy with it.
Anyways, the quick start guide says not to touch the antenna unnecessarily. I think this is weird because I don't see any antenna I'm able to touch from the outside.
Is there anyone who knows why they put this in the quick start guide?

I'm on stock unrooted, Started happening about the time I got my nano sim installed(since i came from a nexus 5 and didn't have a nano sim available to use right away)
I've owned this phone for about 3 days now and this happened the past day.
I don't want to use get root for now so I Wake lock detector won't work as of yet.
Can anyone help me out?
