should have probably posted this in general, dont worry im not flamming you though im not in the the buisness of flaming people unless theyre gigantic retards

Set the volume limit to +3 line out optimal
Set the head phone volume to 3db (All the way up)
Play around with the bass boost until it sounds good to you.
My bass boost is set to medium, gain + 6, and range 20%. See of that helps.

First off, AXURA was done by Master, you would have to ask him, he jumped to Verizon and was using a Thunderbolt last I checked. AXURA was great, but he was known for his Galaxy S based roms.
Second. The DAC in the Galaxy S series of phones like the Vibrant/Captivate/Nexus S, are very nice and have alot of features like the Headphone Amp that are not enabled in the default drivers.
From http://project-voodoo.org/
Display/Color/Sharpness - Enhance and fine tune the amazing Super Amoled screen to provide the best results in different situations.
Sound - Improve Galaxy S sound by leveraging it’s top of the line audio chip, the way it’s meant to be leveraged.

Samsung was very nice in including a very powerful audio chip, what Voodoo did was improve on this and enable the features that it supported via a kernel upgrade.
We know the DAC in this phone based on a previous post I asked about which pointed towards, which is a Texas Instrument's TLV320AIC3254.
Third, please post this in Q&A

Boosting Apps

Well I downloaded the app called Spare Parts and I have seen a noticeable increase in the snappiness of this beat of an infuse of mine and I was wondering was there any other Apps like spare parts? Apps that can improve the phone WITHOUT root

Juice Defender can help wonders in terms of battery life. There are also numerous task managers out there but you really have to understand when/how/with what to use them or they often do more harm than good!

... no. Not what they mean. Good try though. I mean what each of these actually do. I don't know what liveOC actually does for example. And to the douche above me, search engines don't always lead you to where you want. Search engines won't give you a cohesive explanation of what you actually want to learn about, which is why I'm posting it in a FORUM. Just a **** load of results with the word youre searching for in it. Troll harder and of you can't provide a helpful explanation I'd rather you shut the **** up. K? Good. Now..

HolymighT's link will explain a fair bit with regard to governors and IO schedulers. Also, to use any of these settings you of course need a custom kernel which has these features included.
This Search will probably clear up most of those.
EDIT: I have overestimated the search feature...
Deep Idle
Live OC
Touch Wake
Backlight Dimmer
Voltage Info
Batter Life Extender
Lulzactive Settings Info

Troll harder? Learn to apply yourself. Do you need someone to hold your hand? Maybe you need to learn how to search for information. Everything you asked about can be found on this forum. Via the search feature or using Google. All you have to do is add xda to the end of the word you are searching for on google and it will list all the hits on the xda forum.
Btw telling you to Google was hardly trolling. It was more a polite way to tell you don't be lazy.

Sebastians new overclocked kernels

Has anyone ran any of the new overclocked Sebastian kernels. If you have how where they are they more for performance or battery saving and did you use then on a sense or senseless rom.any input, feedback on these o.c. Sebastian kernels would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

Use the god dam Sebastian Thread for asking questions about his kernel, it's what its there for, or even just read and you will get your answer.
It's time to do a Stats check to see if you are spamming with pointless threads...
Hi, It's really best to try these kernels out for your self and see what performance or battery life you get out of them. Every user is different with lots of different variables like different roms, over or under clocking, heavy users, light users, different mods and tweaks, even different batteries ! So what is working for some may not be what's best for you. Therefore It's always best because of the many variables some I mentioned above, to try things out on your own. You will get a much better answer that way instead of asking others about their experience. Just like with roms, what works for one might not work for another. We are all individuals with our own likes and dislikes and different tastes so please remember It's always best to form your own opinion on these kinds of things. I truly hope this helps, also the fun part is discovering new things for yourself. So in the future just give things a try and form your own opinions. I wish you the best! Just trying to help you out .

we're not trying to bash on you or put you down in any way dude, so dont take things personally
but put in a little time and effort on your part and browse around and look for things. read...read...READ. after that, do some more reading lol. cluttering up the forums makes it really difficult for people to find that "specific" answer theyre looking for if there are hundreds of threads to look through. thats what the "search" function is used for I understand that the XDA site using a computer is a lot different from using the app on your phone, youre able to see a lot more on the computer. just try to remember to search a bit more
I'm being genuine, please, don't put yourself down, you are a good person ok. No need to bash yourself. It is ok. I hope you understand I'm not just being nice I'm being real. So please don't be so hard on yourself ! Give yourself a break and enjoy! Everything is ok. hope you have a great day!

Depending on what you are doing, the phone can get very hot. Its due to a bad motherboard design with no means of heat dispersion. 3 dimensional games and browsing flash heavy websites will make it warm. Some intense games like RealRacing2 can heat it up so much it will burn your thumb on the screen.
Download System Tuner by 3c and go to the CPU section. There will be a graph and a figure of the CPUs temperature. This is handy if you have an aftermarket battery that doesn't have a temperature sensor like Anker. Anything up to 62'c is safe but if it stays there long the screen will heat up and burn your thumb tip if you hold them near the bottom due to playing a game.
Hope I helped!
Thanks man. I do have an aftermarket battery.

Soft Keys as notification light

I never even thought about that lol, great to here it will come btw I like your Bio wellington xD
This might be a good place to ask this: can I use setcpu with build 7 to underclock in an attempt to save battery?, I read somewhere it has to be compatible with the kernel, but didn't find much other info besides that..

And yea I've been working on adding bln and voodoo sound but so far not much luck also trying to disable Sammy's debugging to save battery as well....ill see how it goes this week

Ahh thanks! I'm gonna try it out and underclock see if I can handle the CPU speed reduction for battery gain (hopefully).
I used to be jealous of my dads sII, all he uses it for is phone calls -.- but his reason for keeping it is his 'bad' eye sight. Probably more because of some .... I found in his history one day Dx but with dknight, Im very satisfied, and excited for whats to come once I get settled into school ill be sure to contribute, even if its just a couple bucks :/
Edit: just googled 'blaze deep sleep and first thing was a xda post of erikmm saying it was embedded already in your rom, just want to be sure :0...sorry for the essay..ehe
