whats happening mate
i know the sgs2 couldnt run version 105 on a unrooted phone but after root it worked . dont know why it did that tho .

I was able to install the app but when I go to run it it FC right away. Also there's no icon image. I tried several times with no luck

Need a themer to help me complete a project!

I have the design and photoshop ability, but need someone who knows how to get in and modify the xml/images in the apk. I'm looking to theme gtalk and an aosp mms app if we can get one that works.
Here is what I have in mind so far.

Flashing ROMS

Recently I flash miui to my infuse on official gingerbread, everything was working fine until I want to flash another rom after clockwork mod did its thing it said could find boot image or something like that and my phone rebooted back into miui any help would be appreciated if I could find out how to find this or fix it thanks.

Hmmm...which stock? And where are you downloading from? Are you sure its an infuse stock firmware? Not one stock firmware has a boot.IMG, and none will call for one so I'm kinda at a lost why its giving you that error...if stocks what you want though you can give Odin or heimdal a try they will take you bact to stock with just one click of a button

It appeared after a reboot? I've not seen it. I've rebooted multiple times. I reboot after every full charge cycle. Moto is starting to scare me. Anyone else have this?
Edit: its in the system app folder but I have no way to launch it. Weird.
I will figure it out once my upgraded shows up.

You would need both root and cwm to be able to flash any rom.
Your best bet is to have the ulcb3 + root + cwm ready on your sdcard for when you manage to get your hands on a pc.

Yes. Currently, on the Infuse, rooting it requires a computer.
There is no other method that I know of. Even SOC on 2.2.1 requires a computer.
That doesn't mean it can't be done. You can take it initiative and start development for it.
