This could be a good app, but in its present shape its way too intrusive. Not everyone wants to be available 24/7. Viber needs an option to switch it off and disable autostart.
Will there be an api to integrate Viber in 3rd party VoIP apps so you can have all your VoIP options in one single app, similar to having all your IM networks in one single multi network client?

It's okay, not all that. I have lots of family and folk i don't necessary have in my address book as phone numbers but who have Skype running on their PC all day. Skype works flawlessly on my Tab 7".
Plus Viber is acting buggy on my Tab 7", force closing and freezing. Nice concept but the app behaviour on my Tab is worrying. I do like how it doesn't affect battery life at all while in the background but i can't complete a call without it force closing or freezing and bogarding my Tab until i reboot.
i stumbled across this app a few months and it is quite good for a baby in the messaging category, can be used on Android, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and web
