[Theme] 2/15/11 TronTheme v2.0.1 for Incredibly Re-Engineered 2.3 UPDATE

I am a Junior in High School and after watching the original Tron and Tron Legacy multiple times and loving it I decided to work on a Tron Theme. Please understand that this is a crucial year for me as a Junior and updates will probably come most likely on weekends since school is my first priority.

I've spent a lot of time optimizing everything as much as possible to match the speed of the stock non-themed Incredibly Re-Engineered
I also added some cool additions that I think you guys would enjoy; for example when loading Music instead of getting the fake screen you will get a screen that says Music in Tron Font (This is also the case with the Calendar, HTC Clock, and Weather). The slider and slider bar at the bottom of apps like Gallery and HTC Clock have changed too (an example is in the screenshot). Hope you guys like the added additions.

I think most other parts I themed myself but I may be wrong and if you catch something please tell me; I don't want to take credit for something I didn't do.

Love the theme, would be great to see more of the blue tron lines outlining the widgets and the launcher bar and whatnot, thanks a lot

It would be nice to have the Favorites Widget themed with a blue outline like the Messages widget is. Also, the Gmail and Market Icons could be redone in blue.
Would it be possible to make the back layer of the clock transparent?

The battery meter does show percentage increments of 1 inside it. Could you clarify what you mean?

sorry, looking at the large screenshot, it seemed like when there was no charging symbol in the batt meter, there were no percentages, but if there are, thats great!

Ok so this is my first ever crack a theme, so go easy! Im sure you guys will not find any bugs in this theme, as I am using and have tested on several different Evos. However if you do please feel free to let me know, and I will try my best at fixing it.

I have recently added a better looking Settings widget, also added updater script for those of you running Clockwork Recovery. Sorry I didnt do this before but updater scripts are not my specialty!
Also included the clear rosie and the lockscreen mod will both come standard with theme instead of having to flash them seperatly. I just thought that the clear rosie looked beter, and wanted to make it easier for everyone!
Also the Theme has recently been optimized with xUltimate to optimize its performence!
If it turns out that people like this theme I will be adding more mods to it!

Sorry this took me so long but yes I have confirmed this theme working on mikfroyo 4.5. Just need to flash the updated dialer after flashing theme. For whatever reason Im not sure why the dialer was forcing close on me. But i have a fix and it is included in OP.

Ok guys here is my Doubleshot port.
It a little laggy due to the size of the ROM after flashing I have 55mb left.
I will be working on it more should have it full running soon.

In order the flash this rom you need to partition your sdcard.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. BACK UP YOUR MEMORY CARD TO YOUR COMPUTER THIS WILL ERASE EVERYTHING
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Select Partition sdcard
4. Select Partition SD
5. swap at 0mb
6. Ext2-size = 2048 (this is 2GB the reason so big is because of the 3.0 packages taking up so much space)
7. Select upgrade ext2 to ext3
8. Now go back and mount your sdcard
9. Drag all your files including the ROM
10. Flash the Rom and enjoy!!!
Coming from a different ROM got to(RA recovery) wipe/wipe all userdata/factory rest.

Yes, chubbz - great job on the Doubleshot ROM. I'm posting from it now.
Here's what I've found so far:
- Bluetooth: Turns on, but won't find my Car Kit. I had the same issue with Leo's ROM.
- Voicemail # in Settings: I know you said VM wasn't working, but I thought you were just referring to the lack of VVM. You can't even change the VM#. I guess that's because of all the T-Mo/GSM customization?
- Weather: it ALMOST works, but just as it shows me the temp on the screen, it closes. I guess that's because hardware acceleration isn't completely working (even though I see it's on your "working" list)?
Overall, it's pretty responsive, and I do like the Sense 3.0 features, like the carousel and the launcher shortcuts. Great job so far, and I look forward to future releases.
P.S. I hate that T-Mobile barfed all over this ROM, with all their customizing and pink highlights ...

You should probably also add that G-sensor isn't working either ...

I gave it a whirl.. got the low memory message as soon as it booted. The weather widget loads but crashes when you click it. Carousel works but pretty laggy. Went back to the ginger sense for now but will try again later.

just flashed. a quick force close on "htc sense" on first boot but loaded fine. only 35mb left after install. google talk doesn't open at all. overall the rom is very responsive!

For some odd reason, I wanted to theme the Words with Friends app.
I didn't want to include this in the subject, but as an added bonus this is a version with the ads stripped away. I wouldn't post this if there was a paid version available on the market...but there's not.
I did the theming, not the smali magic of redirecting to avoid the ads. As soon as I remember/find who did the smali work, I'll give them credit.
There are still a few areas for improvement, e.g. the Settings screen, background of the game board, Chat area, News button (black text).
But most of the most commonly used screens look nice. I didn't want to mess with the tiles just yet, so most of those colors are the same.

Installation Instructions
1. Uninstall previous version (preferably with Titanium.. and make a backup).
Note: All of your games are stored on their servers-- not your device. When you log in, it retrieves all of your info automagically.
2. Install normally with a file explorer (e.g. Astro, Root Explorer.. or adb install).

Btw. there are a couple glitches with the "ad-free" version (known or unknown I'm not sure). This all happened to me on a stock themed ad-free version.
1. facebook integration does not work (probably has to do with how the ads are cancelled).
2. Sometimes the games get "stuck". Both users can't go because on each phone it says it's the other user's turn. It's weird.
3. Sometimes words get split up and you get weird unconnected chunks of words.
These may or may not have happened to anyone else, but these were the glitches I found in the ad-free version. Just letting you know

1. What is the difference between Virtuous OC and CPU Config?
Cpu config is a script that will let you set your cpu frequency/governor/ect., While Virtuous OC is the same as above, but you can set both sleep, and wake frequencies (to save battery). For example, if you set CPU conf. at 1.2 ghz, It will stay that way during wake, and sleep, while in OC you can have 1.2 ghz while awake, and a lower frequency while asleep.
2. How do I change the CPU frequency of CPU Conf or VOC?
Go to terminal emulator, type su, then bash cc. You will get to a script that will let you edit both.
3. Quick settings descriptions look weird?
I know, they will say random things like "Navigate away from page?". Just Ignore this, you will just have to deal with it.
4. Should I wipe if updating from RLS1?
I would recommend to wipe to accommodate changes and reduce the amount of possible errors.
5. How do I get to quick settings and open up recent apps?
To get to recent apps hold down EVOlved settings in Notification tray. To get to quick settings just click EVOlved Settings in notification tray.
6. How do I take a screenshot?
Hold power and then click the home button.
7. How Do I Change App Drawer Background?
Their is a png in rosie.apk, it is called applistbackground.png
8. Settings is acting up in Application Settings?
I know, clear data is will start flashing like crazy, just back out once and go back, it should be normal again.
9. My phone keeps freezing up?
Make sure you wipe all, or if that didn't work try this

Would themes requiring a flash work with rom ports? The GingerThyparancy looks to be for Evo3D.... I am willing to flash it just to try it out anyways... hahaha
*update* nevermind, spoke too soon. It's just an skin apk like any other for Sense 3.0...

Nice bro, for whatever reason couldn't get your Directors Cut to work but I did like the Rom before that one. Will mos def give it a shot when I get home from the gig and charge up.
