I have a small problem.I cannot write sms.When I got to sms and open the virtual keyboard it looks like this

Hi guys, i have a kind of trouble with my i750 with WM2003SE, when people call me, it appears in the toolbar it appears the thing like in comic books, but i can't see who's calling me.
Can u help me?
