Ruby Scripts are needed to run Stage1.rb and Stage2.rb to Extract Facroryfs.rfs,dbdata.rfs and other files also! Need some files in the factoryfs.rfs file! And iam using Windows 7.Where can i get the scripts?

First of all, what Im trying to do is to extract the .tar.md5 files that come with every ROM.
Every time I do that I get a message from 7-zip "There is no correct record at the end of the archive", however the files are extracted.
Below are the files inside the extracted folder:
boot.img
recovery.img
system.img
userdata.img
Then I try to open the system.img with unyaffs but I get some errors there too for example: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION.
So my questions are:
1) How to correctly extract a .tar.md5 file?
2) How to open a yaffs2 .img file?

Anyone know how to repack boot.img file using Kitchen? I open up menu of the kitchen, enter 0 for advance menu and enter 12 for boot.img tools. And i unpack it there and i edit the init.rc and now changed the working folder of unpacked image by "BOOT-EXTRACTED" and now i get an error of working folder not found. How can i do this? Thanks.

i need to figure out How to differentiate between Sparse Img and raw img because i want to mount a raw img so that i can edit the apks and jar files in it.
i have a file named system.img but whenever i am trying to mount it using the command "sudo mount -t ext4 -a loop system.img outout/" i am unable to get the apks and jars to edit.
i also want to know how to make a binary file executable.
in short i want to get the system folder which contains the framework,apks,media,bin,xbin,usr,etc...folders and i am a noob in ubuntu. I have the rom inside which is the system.img but i dont know how to extract the system.img and weather the system.img is in a raw stste ot sparse state and i have all the binaries in that same folder such as simg2img,img2simg,make_ext4fs,etc.... but i dont know how to use the binaries.
i am using a VirtualBox with windows 10 as host and Ubuntu 16.04 as guest.
So can anyone help me with this.
