Hi, i have a cooked rom with manilla 2.5, the problem is that i am missing my Call History button.
is there any way, i can get that button there? i noticed that above, "Calendar" word, there is the date. if i click on the date, i get the stupid calendar again!,
i was wondering, if there is a file or a registry key, where i can change, what that button links to.

Its in the theme of Manila.
Search for Max Manila 2.5 theme for your manila build.
Its highly customizable right from the home screen.
sorry for asking, but i really can't understand how max manilla works. i found it too confusing. can't find a detailed guide.
can u plz navigate me on what to do? i would be thankful.

Don't be sorry, I found it a bit confusing too.
What I'm talking about is his cabbed theme found here
I have it working on the ROM in my sig that has Manila 2.5 and even got the 16 shortcuts to work.
There are multiple options on how to customize right from your home tab.
I used the "Max Manila 2.5 Premium - v1.5c (for 2.51919xxx).cab" file.
Check it out....
thanks, i tried it, but this program is more of a mess than a helper.
people should hear about configuration applications.
Just want to share the attached cab I have prepared.
I don't remember who had prepared those files, i have just prepare the cab, so credit to the creator of the files.

Thanks Bro
Steve, first of all, thank you for your prompt answer. I sincerely apologize, because it worked the first time, I thought that the top icons (volume, signal, battery…) would change to colored ones, and now I realized it was only the calendar and clock. Would you kindly let me know how to change the top right icons? Again thank you very much, and sorry for the nubby questions!
Any chance for this for Manila 2.1?
Very nice! Thank You.
Thank you very much for this .cab, tomorrow i try it!!!!!
(Excuse me for my english, but i'm italian.....)
Great App!!!
Working with Dutty's Topaz Sense 2.5 Holy Grail R6 on Diamond 2.
Just wondering if you could just have the Calendar icon colored.
Can you tell me or have the registry file.
Thanks
Nice work, thanks!
I´m wondering how do you get the colored symbols in the upper task bar - active sync, sound, battery etc.?

attached you see a screenshot. The taskbar and bottombar are not part of the wallpaper. And the way i see it, by default 6.5.x doesn't provide any solutions...

Right - I see what you're asking now.
The wallpaper is actually "overlayed" with the taskbar and menu, so it is fullscreen, but behind those objects.
Search for HDWall (it's not in the Leo section - I believe it's in the Blackstone section, but could be wrong, so do a search of all forums).
That makes hi-quality wallpapers (better than the resized-by-htc wallpapers that you normally get) and it does it for all tabs. You also have the option to skin the taskbar and menu, and even change the slider if you want.
That will do what you ask anyway. Hope it helps

i'm using miri 1.4 rom right now, that one is provided with manila 1922. Hdwall still doesn't support that version. The wallpaper will come out mangled and all weird....
edit: also i don't see the option in hdwall to choose wm6.5.x only wm6.5, does that have any impact?

Try the HQWallpaper cab from the 1st post - that may help, but I'm not promising anything.

That shouldn't make any difference. It's not making any changes to the OS, just the GUI.

i noticed that when i select titanium as homescreen, the bottom bar is semi transparent, how can i also get that when using sense??? That would fix half of the problems i'm facing...
edit, not only bottom bar, but also top taskbar is semi transparent then...... why does this only work with titanium and not htc sense?
no clever ideas/solutions for me?

I told you already, MaxTTM
Try this Transparent softkey .tsk file, along with MaxTTM.
Then you can have clear bars and no softkey bubble buttons.
Although it does not line up perfectly. It looks best with textured or patterned wallpapers. In my opinion. It really depends on what B4all you are using as well.

Hi, Firstly thanks to all the contributors on here - you certainly come up with some great tweaks and mods. I have installed loads of stuff from here to personalise my HD2 so thanks again.
However, as much as i've searched, I cannot find a cab to remove (make transparent) the top and bottom black bars (start/status & phone/menu).
Is there a cab available specifically for this?
Many thanks
Rich

learn the art of HDWall, it can make a lot of your dreams come true beyond your imaginings
is there a way, to remove the phone shortkey and menu shortkey from when you're on just the home screen. Obviously it is needed everywhere else for going 'back' etc but in my opinion its just unsightly on the home screen as the hardkey for the phone does the same thing; and the 'menu' from a homescreen perspective i consider just to be the home hardkey. is there a cab anywhere that removes them? ''. thnx

Manila 2.5.1921
Use Max TTM (Max TF3D Theme Maker v4.1), it's also compatible for the HD2 and works a treat!
You can find more information, here.

I've done it for the calendar, slider etc
any pointers?

If you use Co0kie's Home Tab, then yeah. If you leave it blank then it defaults to your provider. If you just put a space in there then it shows nothing on the home tab.
I do not use Cookie's Home tab but MaxManila. Is it then possible too to remove the operator's name?
