Thanks, I can confirm that it is working on unity 1.29 build

how over priced are they ?

It's like 3-4 bucks for a rental. I'll stick with redbox/netflix/Hulu.
Sent from my Inspire 4G using Tapatalk

Can't watch redbox on your phone . $4 is really nothing for something that's formatted for your phone

I can get Videos app running but cannot see Movies tab in market nor can i purchase Movies or Rentals. Using Inspire Rooted.

Same here.

Same. I don't need to spend my money on that anyway.

Go check out the krackle app from the market... You can stream movies.... Not a ton of choices but it works and free.
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App

I cant recall the last time I bought or rented a movie lol
anyone know of a good converter to transfer to the phone ?

Don't think Google allows video rentals on rooted devices. My Xoom doesn't work either.

Blah, doesn't work for me either on my rooted ROM. I call BS.

The new leaked honeycomb music app

Don't know if any have tried it, but it works on cm7. You can't search for other artists (apparently, when google found out about the leak, they shut down the servers..(for both down load and streaming).
But the app by itself is nifty enough to make me want to use it instead if the native music app. It has a nice iphone-like flow-search (or whatever that's called).
Check out my screen shots below. I dont have much music on my phone now (so no cracks about the sound of music track I have in there), but you can get an ideas of what it looks like.
I would upload it for you guys, but I don't know where it is on my phone. I installed it, and then opened it immediately. When I tried looking around on the SDcard, I couldn't find it anywhere.
But just search here in xda under "honeycomb music app leaked" or similar.
Edit : I don't think it works in Froyo.
Edit: anyone know why these screen shots are blurry? they look fine in my gallery....??? [when I try to upload them to this thread, tapatalk takes over--(which I presume is the xda app), so I think something is getting screwed up st that point.. And I am not near a working computer at the moment

Then how come its not used in any roms? Or at least more frequently used. I have been playing with it for 2 days, and it is a fast nicer music app them the old one.
How long ago was this originally leaked? From everything I have read (which could be wrong I guess), this music app is for honeycomb and is going to be part of google's anticipated entry into music to compete with the iPhone/iPod. It can't be that old.

Nfl live

What's a good app to use to watch life games on my Samsung infuse
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA App
Im sorry live games
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA App
Currently the only way I know of to watch live games is if you have Verizon for the NFL mobile app or NFL Sunday ticket from direct TV. There probably are Web sites you can go to but not sure what they would be. I have NFL Sunday ticket its ok, but some games are not played on NFL Sunday ticket so you can not watch them. Which is pretty stupid if you ask me.

NFL
I find that Slingbox is a good way to go. Not only NFL but any channels you can get on your home TV system.

[Solved] What is causing morning solicitations of Apps?

Screen shot attached.
I've gone through my running applications, stoped any that I thought even might have something to do with it, but it is still there. With my work hours, I sleep till 11a. So it shows up sometime between 5a and then. Yesterday the green plus sign was a red star. Same advertisement type stuff.
Clicking on the link it goes from ad.leadboltapps.com something or another to some other app url to something with a .UK and them to the Play Store.

Add [SOLVED] to the title so others know there is a solution attached to this thread ...
cool !!! nice post
I've had "Go Keyboard" spam me with ads too. Root and permission management (permissions Pro on market) cured it, but w/o root, then you basically get rid of the app or live with spam...
Later,
Jason
AirBlocker from the play store has worked well for me.
Ringdroid uses air push ads. Download the app AddOns Dectector to see what apps use what kind of ads

The spam comes and goes, try the same app after they update it and see if it's good to go or it still sends spam. It's part of the free Android world....

It's so strange. I downloaded from play.google.com.
Here you are:

Anyway it haven't 3D buildings on my O3D (Android 2.3.5)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1738148&page=2
Anyway on your Cube 3D ICS can work.
Awesome!
Didn't know ICS was needed. I am sure there are videos of an LG guy demoing Google Earth in 3D on a 3D tv with the O3D max long before the ICS was available. He must have been on GB at the time.
I can confirm Google Earth is working fine in 3D and I can see buildings rendered on the O3D in glasses free 3D.
Dunno why my attempted screen cap is squished though... (anyone know how to fix that?)

build.prop is in System of android. Must be root.
Anyway you can use diferent databases:

http://khmdb.google.com/?db=moon
I'm not rooted (nobody has successfully rooted the cube after ICS update far as I know)
I'll try the moon and mars dba changes!

*auto installation of apps (for rooted phones only)
*apks of downloaded apps are saved on the phone
*we can choose which version of the app to download
*app updates are also available
*the app updates for most of the apps are progressive ones, means just the updated part of the app needs to be downloaded (***best feature***)
*while downloading any app, download speed is shown and download can paused/resumed
*and many more...
Enjoy this lovely Chinese market and it would be a delight if anyone could translate Chinese text on buttons.

Why would the Chinese care about your Google account? Seems more likely the US government will be doing the hacking on that.
