very low quadrant score - LG Optimus 3D

hi,beafore I run a test I close all apps, and I got a very low score in quadrant benchmark, only 2434. I did this test few times and always is the some
Does any one have the some issue?

Hi, you may try to use Advanced Apps Killer before.
Some told that after updating to V10d build got 2680 points.
However, if you want to get more than 3000, try this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1168480

I got 3300 on my O3D; and 2400 is not a bad score for stock. The Evo 3d barely does any better overclocked

Quadrant Scores - Seem low?

I just got my Zoom and I have had other tablets, so Im not totally new to rooting/etc and Ive been reading the Overclock thread in development and my quadrant scores at 1GHZ is 1722 and at 1500 (setcpu) its 2211. In the thread, people report 22xx at stock 1GHz speed and arouns 28xx with the overclock.
Any ideas why my scores are much lower?
Thanks
I wouldn't worry about Quadrant scores, ever.
If the Xoom is fast at tasks, it's fast at tasks, the end.
Good point ... Ill have to check it out in a few games and see how it goes.
Thanks
I agree that benchmarks in general and Quadrant specifically aren't what matters, but my Xoom wifi got 1892. So, scores can be all over the place.
My Xoom scores over 3000 at 1500mhz on my Xoom... it means nothing.
an oc'ed archos 101 running on ext4 at 1200mhz can reach 2900. but it's real world performance is far from what the xoom can do... excluding video playback - the archos can do high profile 720p with ac3 5.1.
The stock score, was that before or after setcpu? If it was after, then it must be on the MIN/MAX settings and/or the governor settings you're using. Mine scores 2300+ stock as well.. I have the 3G verizon version..

The lower score was with SetCPU on the stock 1GHz, and my second score was with SetCPU at 1500. At the 1500 settings I seem to be scoring what most do at stock, which is why I was curious.
Its quick overall, but to test a HEavy Flash Site I hit Disney.com with Dolphin and its a bit slow to load up, but I have to assume thats the Flash Issue.
I do love this Xoom (Wifi Version)

Try rebooting, running Quadrant from a fresh boot with nothing else running... also set the governor to 'Performance,' will likely boost your high score.

[Q] Any quadrant scores?

Title. Did or can anyone run quadrant scores and post it here?

Why ppl keep asking for a benchmark from an application that is worthless is beyond me. Just an FYI to everyone who looks at quadrant, it runs on one thread, aka it can only really test 1/2 of the phone, second when running quadrant on any tegra 2 device quadrant wont even max out a SINGLE core % wise. AKA its scores mean nothing...
I know. I was just wondering. I mean they mean something, at that something is something I don't know.

yep, even with pcs I quit looking at 3d mark scores when I started noticing that 2000 extra points only gave me 1-3 fps more.
real world testing is far better than some generic benchmark. the archos 101 hits 2900, the evo 4g can reach 2700. but do they actually perform better than a tegra 2 device? well... other than high profile hd playback.

quadrant vs smartbench 2011

i am running infused 1.3.1 andon quadrant i would score 1500-1750 but on smartbench i would get 915-1015 on cpu and pretty close to 3000 on gpu , i have two questions, are those score from smart bench good and secondly which should i take more seriously quadrant or smart bench

if you buy the full version of quadrant you get more information, i am totally against the idea of just stacking scores like quadrant does. that being said smart benchmark attempts to make a simple compsite score that is more relevant than the otheres do using some kind of algorithm to balance the weight of each componant, i dont agree with that either.
if you want to benchmark to figure out what you have improved specifically then get antutu or pay for quadrant but never look at the cumulative scores, it is totally irrelevant.
if you want to see how the performance compare acording to an algorithm get smart benchmark
if you want to be impressed with the phone, run a 3d/opengl benchmark. or otherwise play some H.264 codec .mkv videos at 720p (1080p also works but at a lower bitrate and class, the 720 video would likely look better) then try the same video on an atrix and an inspire.

[Q] Increase performance?

Well...
I'm currently running
Faux 0.12 OC'd to max on 'ondemand'
Android Revolution HD 3.04
and I only get 2500-2600 on Quadernt benchmarks
I've heard of people that get 3000+ D:
How do I increase performance???
Quadrant is ****. That's all
¤Violets are red,
Roses are blue,
Wait, what?
I have no idea what I'm saying,
But you lost the game¤
Quadrant is also inconsistent. It will piss you off to no end, my friend. Try CF-Bench. I use that to see whether or not any "improvements" are such.
Matt
Get a crayon and draw a line.
Get a pencil and write any number you like under it.
As good as quadrant, any day.
Do you want a fast phone, or do you want some imaginary numbers?
Use cf bench and linpack to judge if changes made your phone better or worse.
As far as comparing numbers from one phone to another, forget it.
P.
I've heard linpack is the worst app ever from a lot of people so I don't trust that, at all.

I've heard a lot about CF-Bench but never got around to using it. I definitely know not to use Quadrant but have always heard good things about Antutu (which I normally use). How does CF-Bench compare with Antutu for performance measuring accuracy?
I'm not usually a benchmark kinda dude, bt antutu can suck some pistachios, I always get inconsistent results with it, bt if anything ll run cf when I use a diff kernel just to c if any improvements

Doesnt clock both processors. Use cf bench please. Thats why you are getting low scores
Sent from my HTC Sensation Z710e
yep, agree on CF bench, but if you really like higher quadrant points, you should try 2 things:
1. run quadrant a minimum of 5 times in a row, will increase your points on the last runs
2. put in class 10 sd card, will increase points a lot in comparison to class 4 stock card ..
Agreed on running CF Bench, Antu tu isn't bad either.

Whats the difference in sd class?
Some benches test r/w speeds of SD card and they affect bench score.

lower benchmark tests after rom/kernal install

I recently switched from hellfire phoenix running faux kernal OC'd to 1.54ghz to Weapon 3.0 R1 and faux kernal OC'd to 1.54ghz.On HP i average a 7800 score using Antutu. When i first put weapon on i did a quick Antutu benchmark to see how it compared to HP i got like 74xx which was a bit lower than my top HP score but OK. Now when ever i try to benchmark i get around 5000-6000.... and i cannot figure out why. Any thoughts? performance is fine, and i don't care to much about benchmarks but i'm just a little curious. I also tried quadrant but i also get a score that's actually lower than the stock rom on the g2x :/
thanks!
They updated the application on the 13th, the scores are different now. You'll score around the same with HP if you reflash it.
cool, thanks
