Is there any full resolution picture editor for android avaible?

Is there a way to edit photos on the fuze? such as rotate, crop, brighten, contrast, etc. Is there an app for doing such things?

VzW TP user here. Just wondering what the best resolution and color settings are to use for pictures is so that the previews in the Favorites and Photos & Video section of TouchFlo display clearly. I converted the pics to 480x320x24 and the previews on the TP look somewhat blurry.
Does exist any program for improving capture video? I thing more fluent, better kvality etc.. Or any change in registry, for example change fps (30fps and more) or kvality of video? Thank

When I try to use a pic from my gallery as a wallpaper it makes me crop it and the pic is all distorted looking. Is there a way to use the whole pic?
You can have the image appear in higher resolution if you use justpictures and adjust the maximum display resolution in the app settings. Cropping is still required due to size differences between pics and wallpapers.
The app also allows you to include, facebook, picasa, etc so all your photos are easily accessed.
