Anyone know of any other apps like Beautiful Widgets that I can enable a live animated wallpaper that mimicks current weather conditions?
Perhaps one that doesn't use 20-25% of my battery? If not, I'll stick with BW...sucks the battery down, but I love how it looks.
I know that I can limit the cpu usage of it by lowering the max fps, but then the clouds jitter across the screen, and it looks stupid.
go weather has some decent ones available
I use MIUI weather ...it doesnt have exactly a wallpaper screen but its a nice weather widget that has changing HD icons...a sun when its sunny, rain when its raining, etc.

WOOOOOOOOOW how it affects the battery?
whats the password?
LOL, nevermind.
Looks geeky and cool
BTW, Its real output.
Nice way to detect ****ware (apps, widgets..)
On my X10i 2.1 without se crap I have nearly no output until I do something like pressing buttons or opening the drawer.
And indeed it looks nerdy, being real output makes it ubernerdy

Just brilliant! Thanks!
Hint: Go to the Live Wallpapers settings and switch "Interference effect" off. So this Wallpaper will not use the CPU.
So, I've had Weather and Toggle widgets for ages...since I got my phone about a month after Launch (Epic 4g). I paid like 99c for it, so no worries there. I've lately been using minimalistic text for the time/bat stat stuff and w&tw for the weather & toggles. After search around in the market and xda I see tons of peeps using BW. I see a few themes that I like in screen caps and such but am not entirely sure if I want to switch or not... (As once I use something it's rare I switch)
So am looking for opinions on the two, the who/what/where/when etc etc

So there's the current homescreen (am running stock unrooted epic, despite homescreen)
Epic is as Epic does
Does anyone know what widget this is and what its using?

Very nice looking widget to display battery state.
I gave you 5 stars on google play because the app does what it says and it looks nicely.
You could also add a widget for temperature and other info from inside the app.
just a fantastic looking widget!!! i'mma try it out!
Looks nice. Adding color options would be cool.

Why does this app need full internet permission? I don't like widgets to go online eating battery without me knowing.
I'll wait until someone can confirm the neccesity. It looks pretty nice though.

AdMob ads, did you hear about something like that?
Present you live wallpaper Galaxy Color!
This is amazing beauty effects, shimmering color, rotating lines and curves at the intersection of which there are additional effects.
- 8 beautiful preset themes:
- Uses OpenGL to render.
- Low CPU usage.
Additionally, it is possible to adjust the parameters of the selected theme to create your own unique effects.
