This is my first time posting a theme so give me a break . its themed using uot kitchen. this is a zip file so extract it and use root explorer to replace the systemui.apk in /system/apps with the new one and the framworkres.apk in /system/framwork with the new one then reboot. send me some team request if you like my theme and ill make one for you. dont forget to hit the thanks button enjoy
edit. now with vikings, tar heels theme and red sox themes!
Edit2: i cant put any more screenies up of new ones cause i dont have the device anymore. so if you download one that doesnt already have screenies up please post some for everyone else thanks!!

I know it alot to ask but could you just download the icbinb rom and pull it from there. I would do this but I don't have a computer of my own and I can't upload from my phone. I spent an hour and a half at uot kitchen making a red and black theme only to find out I couldn't upload my framworkres.apk. If its to much work I understand, I will make it eventually just gotta get myself on a real computer.

In all seriousness though, I'm working on a patriotic theme. Red white and blue. Bald eagle and everything. Wouldn't be hard to convert to Pabst blue ribbon. When I complete I might have to make an option B. Beer is as American as Apple pie. Especially as long as I'm currently living in Texas.

It looks like knightswolf has a head start on a theme for pbr so I will finish wrapping up my current project of updating my old redneck rampage theme for aosp and perhaps ICS.
A PBR theme should include Dennis Hoppers nitrous inhaler, too, I'm hoping.

I take no credit for creating this boot animation, All I did was resized it to fit our phones.
Just find the folder your animation is stored in, and replace it with the hTC_bootanimation.zip thats attached.

I have another EVOlution ROM to show off. These things are insanely fun to make c:<
Anyways, this time around, it is a CM7 based ROM with an ICS/JB theme, and Galaxy Nexus boot animation. This ROM is intended for heavy users who need the most from their phones, but want the ICS UI. This is most likely the final version, I don't expect to support this much, but I figured I'd post it.

well, i got a suggestion for you (and please dont take it as rude or what not), the whole JUST adding letters to an image is not working so good in this case. You need to try to match the letters or whatever you are adding to the image colors. A few examples, then assasins creen image is hot, but the purple letters look out of place, maybe match then to the colors of the background, and add a shadow that matches with the lighter/brighter color. Another example will be to make the androids on the girls a bit smaller and match their outfits, and maybe a little soft blurring on the edges so it looks like a real tattoo. Either way, most of this look real good, just need a light touch up Thanks for sharing!
EDIT: here is a quick example of keeping the color scheme, hope it gives you ideas
