Hi,
Coming from a Desire Z I never got complaints about the audio quality of my carkit (Kenwoord radio with Parrot carkit installed).
Since my Sensation I get complaints from the receiving parties that my voice sounds like heavily (bit) compressed youtube/mp3 audio.
Any thoughts on this? My carkit has the latest firmware just like my Sensation (s/w 1.35.162.1)
It's not a deathgrip thing, since i'm calling handsfree ;-)
I'm having problems like this with my bluetooth headset mw600 the music sounds compressed :\

Looking for something to give me both handsfree calling and allow for audio streaming to my car stereo. I was looking at the tunelink at bestbuy for audio streaming, only it does not provide a handsfree calling solution. I do not have an AUX input otherwise i would use the belkin aircast. Also portability is important. Has anybody come across something that will do both?
hey,
hit up Wireless wave. they have a bluetooth speaker that does exactly what youre looking for. Its made by Jabra
Thanks just saw the same thing at best buy today. The Jabra Freeway. I think I am going to get it. Its a little on the large side as it has 3 speakers, while I don't need any (going to use the fm transmitter) but have not seen anything better yet.

I have read mixed reviews with that one. Do you do any audio streaming? If so how is the quality? That one is much smaller than the one I saw.

Bluetooth headsets
I have an issue with crackling with my bluetooth headset as soon as it is more than one
meter from my phone.
I use Runnydroid 5.1 but having tested other roms, I do not think it comes from my rom.
Does anyone have an idea of the cause of the crackling?
Thanks
Have you tried using another bluetooth headset or trying the headset with another phone?

I have the same issue with a Nokia CK-7W car kit. During conversations, at random intervals the sound starts crackling. In any given moment, the phone is less than 1 meter away from the receiver. Standard ROM and all, nothing modded.
