Lately my android market doesn't find any results to my searches , and don't download any apps to , everytime i try to download some app , appears an error that says : "android.process.media stop working unexpectedly ".
somebody knows how to fix this?

Hi, i have bought this machine and i want to update Google Market same as on my Star A3000 which si also chinese phone, but in this case there was some problem with the backup of original Market (1.82) which was on the phone and update doesnt work, there is a problem .. i cant go back on original market and any of downloaded doesnt work properly. some cant install and some can run, but when i want to do anything like my apps etc. then it crash down a show ForceClose table. Anyone Help?
1. can someone backup Market 1.82 from this phone and send it to me
2. or help me to run some newer version of market on this machine?
Hello, I have an htc Evo 4G and running CyanogenMod. A few weeks ago I was unable to download SOME Apps from the Android market.... So I started reading some posts about people having the same issue... Someone said that the solution was to delete the cache from the download manager, market, and market updater. After I did this.. im now unable to download ANY app from the market, not even Install from the Sd Card. I just see the download arrow for less than a second and it disappears. I go back to the market... and the progress bar says downloading and it stays there , nothing happens.
Is there a fix, do i need to take my phone to get flash again...

Try down-grading to previous version of Market by removing update and using Titanium. Check the CM7 Nightly thread on Inc S

had a similar problem on HD2 with a different CM Build of course.
After reboot the download started automatically again and application has been installed. Since then market downloads were working fine.
WHY? - Who knows, but not me.... ;-)
Probably this will help to solve your problem.
But first try out the downgrade of market App recommended by "ashishling".

I've had a similar issue before on my My Touch 3G Slide. After some research I found that Google Talk is some how linked to the Market. Try opening that app on your network first, making sure it signs in with your account. Then try downloading your apps from the market. This has worked for me every time I ran into that issue.

when its done installing the app and try to open it this error appears almost all of the apps i downloaded didnt worked!
I tried reinstalling the app,rebooting my phone,clearing data on my launcherpro,tried installing another launcher,and i also tried installing a another rom
but none of them worked.

, I tried changing the language as well as fixing permissions I would've tried deleting cache and data but I don't even have data saved as I've never downloaded any app on android market

I have HTC Chacha and i've rooted it , I installed Google play app (10MB) and the internal memory is too low , so i tried to move it by App2SD but i couldn't because it had a kind of link with the original system market app (Android market ) , and after i searched some forums , i deleted the original market app as they said and after that i moved the Google play app successfully to SD .
But now .. the Google play app is not working and after i opened it and tried to download any app the following message appear :
" The application Google Play Store ( process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again "
and then i couldn't open it and every time the message appear.
I tried to clear the cache and did "clear data" to the app , I opened it but when i re-try to download any app the same problem happen again .
And I tired to make Google play as system app and the same problem happened .... also I tried to get back the Android market but i can't find it or download it.
So now i have no Android Market or Google Play Market.
I want your support in this issue .

Got the same problem with mine. Solved it installing Playstore vending apk through Apkinstaller.
