Notification volumes and silent mode

Does anyone know how to increase the text and email notification volumes? They are significantly lower than the ringtone volume.
Also, is there a quick way of turning off the vibrate to make it completely silent?

Switching sound profiles problem

Has anyone noticed that when you set the profile to vibrate or silent and when you switch it back to the profile with sound but it doesn't switch. It just either silent or vibrate even though the profile has been changed to make ring sound already.
Also the custom ring tone tend to switch back to the factory ringtone "ring-windows mobile" for no reason.
I have been experiencing this with all the WM6 ROM that I have used

Question How to change the default alarm clock sound?

Does anyone know how to change the default alarm clock sound and vibration for Google clock alarms that are set on the phone? I haven't found a way to change these and it annoys me when the clock is making a sound immediately when the alarm triggers. On my phone I have set it to be a raising volume alarm so I can wake up (or snooze) without everyone in the room waking up. My previous watch didn't have a speaker so it was just a vibration on the wrist that woke me up.

Question Alarm app time scroller sound

When setting an alarm on ths stock alarm app, there is a scrolling sound when scrolling through time.
The sound is also there when the phone is on silent and vibrate (very odd).
How can i disable it?
Look under settings / system sound vibration control
Maybe I wasn't clear, it's not the vibration, it's actually a sound effect of scrolling the time rollerdex that is still active even if the phone is on silent mode. Any way to disable it?
