that being said i love TD (Tower Defense) games and this one look great!

Be for warned there are 100 levels per map! which if played all 100 at once is about an 30-40 min but u can save the game and continue it later.
Also note on easy setting i lost 4 lives (all air) with no dedicated air turrets, i do not see this changing.
BUT i did manage to stop all the creeps other then the 4 air.
anyway was fun you should try it

Playing this on my friends iPhone a couple of years ago made me consider going apple. I'm really glad its finally on android. Awesome game if you enjoy tower defense games.

As much as its ill advised, a task killer is wonderful for them rogue apps.. I use app control myself but am sure you can grab any number of them and be fine. Task killers are generally frowned upon because Android handles itself rather well but for circumstances such as you described they work well.

yah only thing i love about the iphone is games thats it, but there bringing good games over like cut the rope very soon. but idk about fieldrunners i think its an ios exclusive
Robo defense is very similar....
I wrote subatomic studios a very professional email about porting Fieldrunners to Android. I pointed out a lot of stats regarding the success of Android. (like they don't know anyway...)
I haven't heard back from them after a few months.
I've played robo defense and it's not nearly as good.
they have a bunch of similar games on the android like robo defense which was mentioned before i think its called tower defense is one too u just gotta look for em
just get an ipod, thats what I have...

i have Robo defense its just not as polished as field-runners but it is still really good
The other way u can do it is have a friend do it for u but u can't upload it so no gets in trouble just giving ideas

Hey people. Fieldrunners HD is free in the Amazon Appstore today. Just FYI.
Looks promising. However no plans as of yet to port to android. There is a thread in android apps and software to garner support for porting to android.

UPDATE:
So its out on android and i am a few days in playing.. Its realy a fun game! I only played wow for about a year and its very similar but its mobile. I find myself wanting to play more but playing on the phone for long periods of time is not very comftorable yet. However its still a good time waster.

I stopped playing at level 5, but it was butter smooth.
Ya never rooted my phone and i get the occasional software lag when i click something in the interface. however after i do it that one time it must stay loaded because then it becomes as smooth as butter. i just hit level 14 almost to 15 now and have been playing for 3 days straight. today will be another marathon day while at my security job! but the game has yet to wear me out i think it has to do with how there is always something different to do.

Can you do me a favour and edit your first post so that it doesnt look so much like an advert for the game, discussing it is one thing but looking at that I would be inclined to think that you work for the company and are trying to advertse here

The only time you really need wifi them for this game is when you're downloading install package which is about 600 mb. I had originally said I will run over edge but only if you are tethered wifi through something else I do this with my tablet

New awesome game on.the market and runs great on our Atrix 2. Little difficult controlling the horse but has some creepy demon vampires and witches and outlaws. Awesome game and free. I Rate it 4.5/5

just make sure you turn off push notifications in the game options or you might get woken up at 1am when your phone vibrates telling you about getting more ammo for the game... happened to me...

Yeah. The official version was released two days ago (if I'm not wrong) for the Android.
Can't understand myself why the game is so popular and getting a lot of attention after testing it for a few (hey, it's free) .

I think since D3 has been out I haven't touched any other game.
Man I wish I could get d3 but my comp is rubbish. Max Payne 3 is good I enjoyed it, the multiplayer is great too.

Way different than the previous two, lots of reports of people being hacked by random users spoofing session ids in public games, you can't select your stats/skills its automatically assigned when you level, there's already many users level 60 due to exploiting stuff overlooked by blizzard, one armor even acted as an impassable wall when dropped on the ground, already bots and other various hacks typical in Diablo.. That being said many people still love it and say people like me have a biased opinion on it comparing it to D2 but worrying over being hacked in a new game is my main concern so I've been soloing the game the entire time and Diablo has always been more of a group grinding game I felt

Yeah I was a little concerned with the changes... but after playing it for a while its all good! Haven't been hacked yet..its good ol fashion looting and leveling. As far ad hackers/cheaters/bots Diablo 2 and just about any game out there has them. I can see why the made the changes like time lapse between potion use and certain attacks...to me it adds a bit of difficulty and strategy. Get one of those trial passes if your on the fence before full purchase
Playing max 3, my son and i. My notebook is ati and his is nvidia, both switchable grafics. His works fine since the game was built on it, BUT MINE ..... oh my. I had to create a commandline.txt file to get the stupid game to see my high perf gafics card anmd it still only detects half the vram, AND also can not detect some of the settings, cant change settings in game so no shadows and some other stuff.....

I finish almost all the games I play on android.
I have to finish what I'm playing first and only then I can move forward!
I can't cope with kind of booring games where you have to do always the same things and having the same results, tho...

IT really depends on the came, I play a lot of puzzle games really so half the time i don't finish all the levels cuz i'm always changing roms haha
