Hey dude I don't think your allowed to post developers apks... especially when your putting them up for free if its a paid app.. I recommend take imtgis down so you don't gwt banned. I might be confused if its free or not.

It's perfectly alright to post them if you are the developer. (Or have permission granted by the developer.)
From anyone else it's Warez, which is against forum rules.
If you are a developer and you develop an app and would like to get a small payment for it you can share the application here. If im not mistaken you are required to provide with the google playstore link to get the app. The same is for paid themes. You can however provide a small verion under the name lite or free...
But im not a developer so i dont know for certain.
