I've deleted framework-res.apk from System/framework after rooting my xperia X10 mini..and it got stuck with a white SE logo in black screen... i saw similar problems on this forum..but as i can't switch my ph off i can't get it in flash mode..plzzzz help...plz plz

I have an XPERIA NEO V rooted phone, i just installed the font installer *root* and change my phone font but then when it reboot, my phone won't continue to open, it turn off and keep rebooting, but stuck on XPERIA logo then turn off.. I have been trying to update my Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S to android 4.1.2 following the post here :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2267230 After the full swipe and during the installation of the rom, i got an error and everything was stuck. Now every time i open the phone it gets stuck on the black screen with a big SONY logo. Nothing I can do. Can anybody help ? It also cannot connect to the PC or the charger. The orange led does not come on.
while installing xreality mod i did something with buil.prop file..now when i start my phone it gets blanked after sony logo.
i also tried to repair through sony companion..but i get following error..please help me
