Sense 3.0 is great and all, but every time I unlock the screen, it tries to show some cheap little weather animation, is there a way to disable this? I have dug through some settings but to no avail.
Touch and keep holding the clock/weather widget
Drag it onto "Edit"
Select your city
Remove the checkmark on "Show full sceen animation"
An alternative would be deleting the mentioned widget.
Hopefully I was able to help you with my first post on xda-developers.com...

Cheap weather animation?? Do you know that almost all other android phones are dying to have the smoothness of that what you called cheap weather on the S4G... Anyways, im not sure I understand where you are seeing the weather animation but here are the possible solutions:
1) If you are trying to disable the weather lockscreen, then just choose another lockscreen. (Personality > Lockscreen > Choose anything other than weather)
2) If you are trying to disable the live weather wallpaper, then just choose another wallpaper that isnt weather (personalize > Wallpaper > HTC wallpapers for example)
3) If you are trying to disable the weather animation caused by the flip clock, then from within your home screen, tap and hold the clock and drag it down to Edit. Select current location (if desired) then uncheck (Show Full screen animation)

In currently owned my new HTC Sensation, and so far I love it. Im just want to make clarification for the certain if they are glitch or not.
Note: Im using stock rom and not yet updated
Wallpaper - Weather
-When I select weather wallpaper, my home screen wallpaper has an animated weather on it. However, when I opened a certain application and go back to the home screen, the animation to the weather is stopped. It will continue to move after I locked and system and unlock it.
Widget- Weather (clock)
- The "Current location" on weather is inaccurate and missing my spot from where I am currently. Also the animation of weather in clock does not animate.
I managed to activate lockscreen widgets by ticking the box at Settings -> Security -> Allow Widgets. I know placed the Chronous widget on the lockscreen but I don't see any calendar entries since the widget is not maximized. I remember on CM there was an option for that. Where can I find it now?
I have just installed the Android 4.4.2 KitKat Resurrection Remix rom.
All working just fine, still getting used to it.
One question?
Only two options of weather apps available for the Lock Screen.
Yahoo and openweathermap
I would like to use the BBC weather map if possible.
Question is it possible and if so how do I show it.

I have the BBC app / widget on but cannot find any way to add it to the lock screen.
The option to customise lock screen weather gives only the two options I mentioned above.
Update
I found the way to add the weather widget to a side screen from the lock screen but that is not actually what I wanted.
I would like to change the weather widget on the lock screen if possible.

You need to set "Custom widgets" on lockscreen. Then you long press on the actual widget and delete it. Then you can add your preferred widget.

Tried your suggestion and although I have the Custom Widget turned on I am unable to get the option to remove the weather from the lock screen.
I can with this Rom, de-select the weather widget on lock screen in settings to remove it.
Still no way to add my own selection to lock screen.
I can add a new screen to the side of the lock screen but that's not what I wanted.

That did the trick although it doesn't look very good due to the length of our village name.
But it works a treat otherwise.

is there any way/mode to change the "weather and time" on the lock screen , like S5 ?
i already changer the widget on the home screen with "full transparent " from " omega " rom , i like that so much .
but now , i just want to change the weather&time widget on the LOCKSCREEN with galaxy s5 .

Enable multiple widgets, lock the screen, swipe to the left screen, add the desired widget. If you want that one as main: lock the screen, hit home button, long press on the main lockscreen widget, delete that.

Because lockscreen widgets and homescreen widgets are two separate types of widgets. Which is very irritating
