[Q] Questions - G Tablet General

How do i get a response back to a question I asked about how to download free TnTLite 4.0
Seal55

Step one is to post your question in the question and answer section.
Step two is to read up on the gtablet here:
http://viewsonic-gtablet-for-dummies.webs.com/
TNT lite is retired and no longer being developed or supported. It has been replaced by "Mountain Laurel" and Roebeet (The dev of both mods) hosts it on slatedroid.

There is a thread in the android forum dedicated to this tablet. I've copied the link below. Most of your questions can be answered in that thread.
Take your time - 128 pages of information, I read it all to get an understanding of what this tablet is, and what it can do at this time, etc.

Hmm, 182 more pages (that's 330 total) in 5 months, still wondering why the ZT-180 doesn't have it's own forum section with separate threads.....

Android on HD2, advice please.

Hey
I'm sorry for posting this question in this thread but I had two threads opened and I realized that I posted in the wrong thread when it was already too late.
So I edited this post because I cannot delete it.
Could you please help me...I tried to install Android on my htc hd2 and I wanted to download Android (MDJ FroYo HD
v4.6 (Dec 19)) but i donĀ“t want to spam your forum with my unquallified posts to get the permission.
Thanks
Hi Jasmin,
I have moved this to general Q&A you can still download the rom of your choice without spamming
What are you after? Nand or run from SD? You do know that MDJ's roms have been taken down, but there are many others to chose from
What experience d you have with flashing your HD2, have you hardspl yet?
Cheers.

[Q][Flyer][ROM]LeeDrOiD HC V4.3.0: Android Calendar gone, why?

Wanted to post this in the correct thread but I obviously can't, as it's a development thread and I'm a "n00b".
Flashed the previous version of the abovementioned rom (4.1.0) and it had two calendars: the built-in Android one, and the HTC Sense-supplied one. I need the built-in Android one as that's the only one WidgetLocker recognises (it doesn't recognise the HTC Calendar widget), but it's gone in 4.3.0.
I just want to know if it's a problem with my install or whether Lee removed it and if so, why. There may be a good reason and if so, I wouldn't want to fix what wasn't broke.
Then I'd know whether I should re-flash with a fresh download, do a clean wipe before flashing (even though Lee said that wasn't necessary), leave it as it is or whether it's okay for me to just re-install my Titanium-backed-up version of the Calendar.
Mods: Before you go ape on me for starting a duplicate thread, kindly note that the thread I started in the Android Q&A forum got 265 views and 0 replies after waiting patiently for 2 days. Catch-22: if you don't allow a user to make a post in the appropriate forum, don't blame them for putting it somewhere else. And when they put it somewhere else and no-one knows how to answer it because it's geared specifically towards the forum they're barred from posting in, don't blame them for duplicating it somewhere else again.

Loads of information throughout the site. Please use the search box.
Here are two to get you on your way.

Just some friendly advice, as you appear to be new to the forum:
1) As per the previous comment, the xda search function is your friend. Always search before making new threads. A question as common as "How do I root this phone" has certainly been asked dozens (or more) times and answered just as many times. No need to clutter up the forum with a new post on such a common topic. If everyone wondering how to root made a new thread to ask that question, this forum would become a useless mess.
I know the amount of info on this forum can be overwhelming to sift through. But there are also some very handy resource threads "sticky" at the top of the forums, such as this "index" thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...pro-roms-kernels-recoverys-firmwares-t3931126
2) Along the lines of the "sticky" threads, you should have tread this one "Please red before posting": https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-10/how-to/thread-t3333345
Question like yours belongs in Q&A section. Do NOT make a new thread, I'll ask the mods to have this thread moved to the proper section.
Welcome to the forum, and good luck with your rooting endeavors.
