CM7 for dinc

Well CM7 has made an official release on the incredible... I'm hoping this means Tbolt isn't far behind... I was told probably on 7.0.1 or 7.1 release by @cyanogen on twitter.

Anyway, it's a problem with getting LTE to work. AOSP doesn't have anything for LTE. That was all HTC.

I do know the rule... Don't ask for eta's ... What is your point? I never said anything about asking for an ETA.
And thanks for the info on the LTE issues. I figured it had to do with that. Although I'd be happy with a 3G CM7 since I don't even have 4G where I'm at yet.

Just making sure you don't piss off the devs.
I'm with you on 3G only for now. But, just speculation, it might be a matter of getting all data to work. The thunderbolt has two radios essentially. A 1x-3g and 3G-LTE. That's why you can do data+voice at the same time. I figure they work in tandem and it's a matter of getting it all to work together not working on just getting one to work.
You might want to follow @layherDaddy for updates on CM7 for Thunderbolt.
EDIT: @LayherDaddy just tweeted exactly what I said. It's a matter of getting data period not just LTE.

I concur with starscream86, what the hell did he say to merit a "Don't ask for ETA's" warning... I am happy with Tesla Coil till anything official, anyone waiting should just pick that up.

I'll say it since I'm surprised it wasn't screamed by post #3, which is somewhat surprising, yet also frustrating due to lack of consistency.... This should not have been posted in Development, MODS please move, or remove altogether.
I wonder if the titles for each of the sections (General, Q&A, Accessories, Development, Themes and Apps) just aren't clear enough...seems a lot of people who want to ask ANYTHING to do with ANYTHING, really, automatically think it belongs in Development. Even better is the fact that the Thunderbolt Development section is only like 5 pages long, yet the OP wasn't observant enough to notice that of the THREE other threads talking about CM7, TWO of those threads contain answers as to the holdup.... (and don't whine that 5 pages is a lot to look though if you aren't good with the search tool, it took me all of 20 seconds to scroll through 5 pages worth of threads and find out that there are CM7 threads on page 2, 4 and 5.)

You say these things when you yourself feel above the rules you have been called out before xda is a community and when you do what is expected you can gain a ton of knowledge but being lazy is not an excuse diggit you posted the same question twice so my guess is nobody messes with Bluetooth alot otherwise you would have gotten an answer but since there are no custom kernels for ics features are limited that's not an excuse for you to be silly and act like we are in the wrong all you new guys need to just chill and soak up what you can but use common sense too if we don't answer its for a reason 1 its been posted 2 we don't know

But back on track, to the op, ETA's for cm10 are unknown. They're currently working on getting the codebase stable, but once that's done second tier features like this one will be implemented

This was asked on my thread and the best answer is: it's up to you. If it's important to you, see if you can hack it out. Or try to get someone to work on it for you. And I used to give **** to illnevertell, who coincidentally is someone I'd call a friend now. Does he troll? yeah. Could it be called annoying to some? Sure, but he has a point and his hearts in the right place. As I've mentioned before, its like being a government employee; when you deal with assholes and morons all day long, you begin to think that everybody is one. Question after question that could be handled without wasting anyone's time gets annoying as well. I actually saw a thread begun a while back for a douche mad at XDA and everyone in it because the idiot asked a dumb question in a dumber way and got his panties all bunched up at some ribbing about it. FYI, asking for ETAs is kinda the xda equivalent of crapping the bed.
As for if there will be releases this week: maybe. Sometimes the devs like to give us a little Christmas present. But don't forget that they are people too and this is one of the busiest weeks of the year for many people.

I think the idea of the galaxy camera is that people love the convenience cellphones provide for in allowing your photos to be shared to social media platforms. The problem is even the best phone cameras are still phone cameras. The galaxy camera retains the social networking convenience and introduces a nice camera (optical zoom) onto the equation. Curious how Google+ just recently allowed for full quality photo uploads eh?

This is the problem with xda. Not you. Personally i think you did nothing wrong. You were simply asking if anyone knew if a significant release for a ROM was being planned for this week. You weren't asking for someone to make a ROM, you weren't asking for an eta. Instead everyone decides to be incredibly disrespectful toward you.
