Anyway to make this louder I mean seriously its suppose to be a good phone before anything else I just find it wierd how the speaker on this thing I know can be good at times but sometimes its way to low. With no way of making it louder is it a hardware?Software? Problem really wanna know if im ever able to make it louder
You know about the Voodoo Sound?
Yes but im talking about the speaker you listen to when you speak to people dont think voodoo effects it
Oh ok, I misunderstood your question.
As you are talking with people, you can press your volume control button upwards to increase the volume. If you have done that and it still sounds soft to you, I do not know what else can help. Might want to ask a developer if there is any way to increase it via software like voodoo sound.
ya I hope so damn
At one point Supercurio said he would eventually add an audio boost for the ear speaker. I'm definitely missing the audio boost from the N1. Phone calls with even moderately loud ambient noise are frustrating at best.
Good news to hear if he does it

i want to say something i experienced. i plugged in my headset to an iPhone4 and it gives louder and better sound than i9003. but our speaker sound is better and louder. so what is that related with? can we increase loudness of headset without reducing quality?

There's a QA section with a dedicated thread for all these.....

Try this, I have been following it with every rom that I used. Has been useful.

Loving this new ROM.
Flashed cleanly. No problems other than when using the ear piece speaker on the phone, the volume, even when set to the lowest setting, is extremely loud. Adjusting it up doesn't seem to increase the volume much. I checked DSPmanager but didn't see anywhere where I might adjust the settings for the earpiece.
Didn't know if this is a typical problem with ICS or this ROM. If anyone has any idea if this can be adjusted, I would much appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Just to add, I did search the forums and Genesis thread before posting.
well you have 11 posts now, so this might be better answered in the development sections thread for this rom.
(plus the developer is more likely to see it)
Whoops, sorry about that, I didn't realize I was up to that point, duly noted, thanks!
Something strange with Z3 external speaker. This time is low external speaker call volume. Yes, too small to hear.
Do you face this problem? Do you have solution for it?
Please post questions in the Q&A section.

I'm finding hands free speaker volume low as well.
Not happy with the speaker/speakerphone volume, has anyone figured a way to boost it a little? TIA, I am rooted
Viper4Android raises it a bit, but don't get carried away.
