To ways come to my mind:
1. root it, install CyanogenMod and search the market for Theme Engine's themes (there are quite a few and they theme almost everything); a bit tricky, you get lots of themes.
2. root it, metamorh/ninjamorfh and search themes for them (I'm not 100% sure those apps would work on stock rom, never tried);

There is a CM7 ice cream sandwich theme. I have it in my Droid. It's in the Android development sub-forum. In themes. I'll try to get a link...
EDIT: Got it.

Just download install the APK and then use theme choose to set it

There's also this if you don't mind more... primitive methods. Totally stock theming time.

The ICS launcher has an option to use the ICS icons. You can do that then uninstall the launcher. Just my 2 cents

Nothing would appear to be changed after reboot. Is this possible on the current ics builds for g2x? Or is it eaglesblood?... or is it me?.. please excuse my lack of knowledge

Themes for GB roms and can we use T-mobile themes?

I'm still on GB, running unknown rom, I can't find many themes at all in the theme section for GB roms, I found maybe 2, is there a central place for them anywhere?
There are however a ton in the t-mobile GS2 forum, are those themes compatible with our phones? I flashed a ICS theme from the tmobile forums when I was running ICS superlite yesterday and it worked, but when I tried a GB theme today from T-mobile on my GB rom, got bootloops.
Thanks!
For my money use a launcher out of the market with an ICS theme and UOT Kitchen to theme the status bar.
Swyped from my Nook Tablet, running CM7.
This should be in q&a

Doubt it you will have to have a rooted deodex rom to do it

I don't think you can change notification icons without being on a deodex rom and installing a theme. However you can install a 3rd party ICS launcher (Apex, Nova) and get the standard ICS homescreens and app drawer.
