This is the latest stock 4.24.651.1 ROM. The only changes that have been made to it is it's rooted, de-odexed, zipaligned and busybox was added. I'll update this post as more stuff becomes available.

Possibly but odds are it will need to be redone, they patched the framework so it's not the same as before. I'm guessing noimjosh would be able to redo it fairly easily as long as htc didn't change too much.

This update should fix it but I think you can also clear it by going to Menu -> Settings -> Call -> Clear VM Notification

The more mirrors the better. I've already got the de-odexed up and the odexed uploaded is already started, but if you can post mirrors for them I'll gladly add them to the OP.
I'm going to try and get some sleep so I'll be out for a few hours.
I started the deodexed download a couple of hours ago on my Evo but it failed after 50%.
It may have been due to user error as I took it out of Airplane mode during the download.
I'll try again later.

Doing a file comparison to 3.29, the only changes were 2 bin camera related files, framework and the lib for the camera, so it looks like this update only fixes something related to the camera as no apk's were touched, so this is a very minor update, hense the minor build # change

Someone has posted a rooted version already, I deodexed and rooted and copy of this and was able to flash it over the previous version without wiping my data. It glitched for a moment when it first came up but it cleared up and is running fine now.

the "H" in the status bar stands for 4g, so you guys know. i always liked the H more than the 4G icon, thats why i have it there. i might make a small flashable update to change the H back to 4G along with a bunch of different zips to change overscroll colors if you want. Link will be up in about 10 mins. Just finishing up some testing to make sure everything works great for you guys.

can you please share how to remove what bloat ware we want once we are rooted? i have heard people say that deleting thru root explorer doesnt fully remove them. thanks !

I dont use Sprint TV, farcebook, and some other stuff,
is it enough to just remove the apk's from the zipped rom, or is there a file that calls for the apk's and then errors out,
im comming from winblows and have 0 android IQ.

Download titanium backup and use it to delete apps. Or just click menu while in all applications and you will see button to delete apps listed

I am going to flash just the ML1 modem then this ROM through CWM like i would any other ROM right? Only asking because of invisiblek's post about how 4.3 is all different now with how keys are signed etc etc. Thanks in advance!

Install Xposed framework, then Wanam Module and you can customize it until your heart desires. and Yes it also includes the Volume up and down skip.

Says highly recommended to be used on stock ROMs...I'm assuming it would work on this ROM considering it's based off of the stock ROM...right or wrong?

I'm pretty sure it would work. I'm going to test it out as well right now. I'll be back with some feedback.
Also, if I wanted to get a few Samsung apps, how would I be able to do that? I just want the group play and stock music player
