This theme was originally done for a themed ROM for the Eris by tazzpatriot a long time ago. I decided a while back to put it into Theme Chooser for MDPI devices and now that I've moved to the Incredible I'm working on bringing it to HDPI devices as well. For the most part everything is just about done. There are still a few details that need to be polished to get the Theme Chooser version to where I want it. With that being said, I'm going to put up the link for anyone that wants to check it out. This theme does do ADW, LauncherPro and Go Launcher. Dialer, keyboard and some app icons. There's still a little bit of things that need resizing... Like I said... it's a work in progress.

Blackened For CM7 Theme Chooser
Download the apk and install like an app. Open Theme Chooser and select the theme then reboot.
Use this file with ZipThemer (free in the market), to change your lockscreen sliders to Red, Black and White Iron Crosses. Download the zip file to your SD Card. Open Zip Themer hit +Theme, select the zip file then hit Build It. Zip themer will create 2 flashable zip files, an update zip and an undo zip in case you want to put the sliders back to stock. Reboot into recovery and flash the update zip. That's it

It should. One thing though... The 4g icon will not be themed, 3g, 2g and 1x will though. I haven't added any 4g icons to the theme.

Really liked this theme but when I used it my market quit working. It wouldn't open. No force closes just nothing when I hit it. Any ideas?

reflashed Cyan and then this theme and now everything works. I don't see much that is changed besides the taskbar.
Correct just the framework was adjusted, I did not include any themed apps as preference as I like to do my own. I was going to include but got caught up with gb source and I hope to bring a newer version all done by myself rather than a port.

Hey everyone. I have been searching to no avail and was wondering if maybe someone can help. I'm using a pretty much stock rom, just rooted, and running adw EX. I know there are gingerbread themes for CM6.1, which change the notification bar icons and all to green, but I have yet to see one for a sense rom. Even the ADW themes dont change the notification bar (unless I'm missing something?) Can someone out there point me in the right direction if there is one? Thanks!

I made one that I am using on my phone right now with Wes's Z rom, but I can't for the life of me change the 3g icon to anything, it always remains the stock icon. Everything else is Gingerbread themed though. Apparently Wes is making one as well, I am asking him how he changed the 3g icon (if he was able to) so that I can finish mine. I did, however, incorporate DarkTharen's Conservative icons into my status bar, so the only Gingerbread icons in my status bar are the usuals (reception bars, battery [with percentage], and WiFi).

it's very simply to make the status bar black, with the green 3g,wifi, signal bars, battery, but the black menu is a different thing, within sense.

great theme phillup. i'm loving it. There's a few areas where text colors are black on black, white on white, that kinda stuff. I'll pull you some screen shots if you're interested in fixing it.

So other than the fact that I'm not a smart man, can someone tell me why these icon packs just freeze this one or white chrome just freeze when I try to flash in cwm and I have to do a battery pull to get it to reboot? Anyways all these themes are great I just wish I was less retarded I probably would have less problems, and yes I was wearing a helmet, for my perfection any time I'm in cwm

Because you don't flash icon packs. You will have to extract them and change the icons using your launcher of choice.

That's the reason I posted the link. There is also a transparent orange. You should be able to flash one of the others right after the theme and it will take.

The dialer for sure will not, the market and gmail should, not sure bout the mms and contacts, and the framework will need to be ported.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Download from link
2: Put file on sd
3: reboot into recovery
4: Install from sdcard
5:Reboot and your done
Instructions for back to stock rom theme.
1: using root explorer backup or copy the systemUi.apk found in system/app/systemUi and framework-res found in System/framework/framework-res copy these either to your computer or to your sd card i usually rename them to like systemUi1 and framework-res1 that way i just delete the 1 and copy over the last/replace the files.
2: when you want to revert just move the original files to the specifyed destination "original spot they came from" and reboot and your good to go

I recommend you theme the drop down menu to red its my perfer anyways I use to have the Samsung epic and there drop down menus are sweet you might want to take a look at it so you can get a different perspective, but fill free as you like I'm looking forward to flashing this theme soon ! And a tip, I am using Miami theme keyboard that might add nice to your theme! On the android market, keep up the good work!
