I have the 2 peice Body Glove case with the kickstand/beltclip (which I don't use). I have absolutely no radio or WiFi issues.... Never had any deathgrip issues.
I also have the Body Glove case with kickstand and no WiFi problems.

I have the same problem with the T-Mo case. I have to take the case off in my office to get a signal form the wifi router.
I get my wifi fine with the case.

I have black silicone case from tmobile with absolutely no issues.

Besides all of the lint, my T-Mobile gel skin is a-okay. Maybe it just intensified issues with your phone?
I actually just took the case of and my signal went down. The wifi seems the same as before.
I hate silicone cases but bought it while I wait for the htc case that I have ordered butbi actually likebit and will keep using it and inter change it with the htc case once it comes

Love the phone, have not one single time used the keypad. Are there any cases that snap on around it and stop it from opening? Odd, I know...

This isn't going to be too helpful, but just to get you by until someone comes in with a solid answer, I know I've seen at least one or two cases that encompass the entire phone.
yeah, get the aluminum PDAIR ones. it's metal and it locks the phone down.
has anyone tried the pdair case? How does it actually hold up to everyday use? To drops?
I wonder if the desire from uk is the same size as the desire z...

Just wanted to second the aluminum cases, seems like the only ones that have a locking mechanism on the side.
Would like to know if anyone has noticed nonfunctional or decreased GPS signal while using the innocase ..
I just picked up a casemate tough and it degrades my signal so badly. The GPS doesn't work..
Thanks...

I have the platinum case from BB which is the Innocase re-branded. I have no GPS issues at all.
I've got a innocase ordered...
I'll let y'all know how it does for me..
I have the Seidio Innocase II Surface and also the Convert add-on, (the silicone skin plus the plastic skeleton which goes over the Innocase), and I don't have any issues at all with GPS or while using Navigation. I was able to get 4m locks on TPC's ROM as well as MIUI while using the full Convert setup on my Inspire.
Im using it, it doesn't seem to lock all that fast for me, but once locked no problems. It could just be the area im in though.
Just wanted to report back to you guys..
The innocase is working great for me..
No problem locking on and tracking my position...
Thanks......

I went into the Carphone Warehouse in Leeds at lunchtime, and they'd never heard of them.
The guy said the Sensation wasn't available yet, and his eyes nearly popped out when I told him I'd got one three weeks ago and then showed it to him!
Interestingly, they were selling a 3rd party clear plastic case, but I tried it and it nearly doubled the thickness of the phone! Made my excuses and left.
Well I work for them and every store in my region had 2 per store delivered.
Perhaps you just dealt with the store numpty

Hey Zesty,
Do you have trouble with the edges of the ZAGG not staying stuck due to the beveled edges? This is an issue that a lot of folks seem to be having with other screen protectors. Also, was it difficult cleaning all the excess spray due to the raised edges of the phone case?
Yeah the edges on the phone causes issues. I bought the ones offered at tmobile and they are smaller than the screen. My guess its for that reason.

Doesn't this phone have Gorilla Glass? Why need a shield? My HD2 has no scratches and I've never used a shield and it's always in my pocket with my keys.
Please tell me the Sensation is as durable. I just bought two of them.

The problem with G glass is that its not scratch proof, only resistant. Also, if you go to the website of the company that makes G glass, sensation is not a listed product. So, the jury is still out on whether it really has it or not.
When holding the desire s. My hands get sweaty especially when holding the bit at the back where the aliminium is . Does anyone experience this or is it just me? This is the only phone were this happens to me lol. I think I've got a reaction to aluminium lol

LOL, Do you have furry palms?
the devices do tend to generate a reasonable amount of heat while being operated so this isn't all together surprising...what country do you live in, whats the normal temperature there?
The UK. Its generally cold here. It's strange as soon as I touch it the tips of my finger gets sweaty

UK - it certainly is, do you have a black or silver unit?
Although either way I'm sure that they both have paint cover over the metal uni-body?

Lol, I think that you've hit the nail on the head - it sure is a sexy bit of kit
use a case, maybe it helps... I'm living in a all year summer country but don't have any sweat to my phone
I think that the satin black finish on mine seems to accentuate even the slightest fingerprint, but it does look nice!
Never faced the sweat issue although I'm in India. Felt it very slippery when using with one hand. Bought a Casemate barely there case and it is now very nice to hold in one hand.

Htc desire design
I must say I like the looks of this phone very much, but after having dropped it (fortunately on soft surfaces) a couple of times, I decided to sacrifice beauty for safety and got a hard case called "casemate". Believe me it's definetly worth. It is reasonably thin, covers the corners and has a rubbery texture that gives good grip.
on the downside, of course you wan't be seeing the sexy logo on the back anymore...
Doesn't it degrade your wifi and phone signal? I have a casemate
Sent from my HTC Desire S using XDA App
I definetly is better than holding the phone by it's metal parts. I've tried, with relative success (maybe it's just my impression) using reverse landscape (capacitive keys to the left), like this I can hold the phone without toucing any metal parts. Check it out and see if it works for you.

Bad Design
When I put desire s in my pocket of my Jeans pant and ride bike. I always see power off. The bad design is battery cover and power button at top

my device never got slippery & i live in India ,its ultra hot here even in winter
That's pretty ok. In singapore, after playing a gameloft game, my screen and the whole phone gets covered in dried sweat.

Has anyone found a solid TPU case that has the "HTC" logo on the phone visible?
I bought this case but the cutouts were pretty bad & now its become this weird brown color. Although I'd still prefer a clear case
