Can someone please help me?

I have read a lot of topics and replies from this community, but i still don't know how can i change my ROM...i've downloaded one, but someone told me that i need to use Hard SPL OilPro, but i can't get the ideea. Can someone, please, explain me in easy steps what i need to do? i know it;s not hard, but....

HARD SPL MEANS YOU HAVE TO TELL THE PHONE TO ACCEPT A ROM CHANGE THE SECURITY ON THE PHONE AND LOSE YOUR WARRENTY.
U NEED TO RE READ THE INFORMATION ON THE CHANGING ROM. IT VERY IMPORTANT UNDERSTAND AND GET IT RIGHT IF YOU GET IT WRONG YOU CAN BRICK YOUR PHONE.
HAVE YOU CHECKED THE WIKI IF YOU DONT FIND A ANSWER TRY THE SITE BELOW THE HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON CHANGING ROM

i went to that page for upgrading, i've downloaded the ROM but i can;t find the section with somthing like this: 'how to upgrade a ROM'...please help me, i'm new in there and a begginer about PDA's...thanx a lot

Need help with my htc magic 32b

Hi all, I'm a newbie here. I've got a vodafone htc magic 32b from AU. And it's running 1.6 dount. I would like to root it and install custom rom on it. I've try a lot but couldn't work. Is anyone can give me a hand, please give me an instruction on how to root it and install custom rom. Many thanks! appreciate all your help!!!

Perm Rooting + New rom (Help needed)

Hi,
I want to perm root my htc sensation. I'm new(noob) to android os rooting and all that stuff. A friend of mine helped me when he had time he rooted it for me but its not perm. He didn't had the time to root it perm. I want to root it perm and put a new rom on it. But i need some help with that becuz i'm noob in all this

[Q] Goldcard .img Creator still down NEED HELP PLZ

Hi everyone sorry if I have posted this in the wrong area I did have a good luck through the site but lots of the posts seemed to be old with no solution.
(Please move post to correct area if applicable)
I currently have a HTC wildfire I am trying to unlock the network lock on the phone, I know this is done with Revolutionary, however my current h-boot version is 1.01.0002 so from 4 hours of reading around many websites I gathered that firstly I need to downgrade my h-boot to 1.01.0001, to do this I need to obtain my reversed CID code, I have that by the looks of it the link in the gold card tool has been down for some time now, so I can’t generate a .img file.....
Is there something I am missing?
Can I make my own .img without the site?
Is there another site?
Is there another programme to downgrade the Hboot?
I am really hitting a brick wall with this one and it is really irritating me?
Please help me

Found a solution? I need one too... I am trying to fix my HTC ChaCha. Stupid S-ON won't let me install stock rom zips or anything related to stock ROM which is what I WANT. My original ROM got broken by Busybox and/or Link2SD. Another course is if someone would kindly provide me a Nandroid backup of their rooted stock ROM (Europe or Asia WWE please...).
*sigh* This has been very stressful for me. :'(

I'm a new member and I've never written there before but I've read a lot of times from this forum. I tried to search but I find nothing about this, so... How can I downgrade my HTC one SV's Hboot? I don't know if I can use HTC one S'same guide. Thank you for your time
