Hi. At this time, I have cooked Windows Mobile 6.5(3?), but it does not support my language. I am going to give this phone to my father, and he is not similar with english, so I need original lastest Windows Mobile 6.5, so I could install czech language. But I havent found any download, on HTC pages neither. I really need this, can anybody write down here download link? Or just page, that will do it. Thank you.
From HTC Raphael WM6.1 ROMs page, I see THIS ROM. Though it is t-mo brand, it should contain the CZE version. I don't see a czech language 6.5.3 ROM at the moment. Just thought I'd make mention of it...
There's no such thing as an official 6.5 raphael rom.

I purchased my i600 with Windows Mobile 5 standard edition. I had the Arabizer, keyboard, etc where I could read and write Arabic Characters. I learnt about WM6, got in the forum and I'm pleased it is working fine and dandy now. The one million dollar question now is how to I get the Arabic character-set, virtual keyboard, Pocket IE with Arabic support etc (as it was available when I first bought and had the WM5) to work on WM6. Technically, I know I need the Arabizer program, practically, how do I go about it, how do I find it, where can I download ?

i live in dubai and far as i know for a lot of the phones with windows mobile 6 there is no official arabic characters yet. i have the same phone and i know there is none for the upgrade as there is no official wm6 upgrade for our region.
i was hoping you could help me in return. i have read plenty of forums to upgrade my phone but they are all so confusing. is there a way you could find a little bit of time and tell me step by stepp where to go and how to upgrade. i would highly appreciate it. ([email protected])

how do you extract the arabic files from the avalable for download wm5 rom.
if you can extract the arabizer from the wm5 rom you can simply run it on any wm6 rom avalable for the i600

Can someone please tell me which 6.1, or even 6.0 cooked roms the fn+space key combination works?
I write mostly in portuguese language and portuguese need a lot accentuation on vowels etc... so this a top feature for me.
I have tried the L26 WM 6.1 Professional WWE (V3 Uploaded) and Dutty's V3.
My device is an HTC TyTN II bought in Portugal and originally came with an english OS version. I have tried to install this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=345426 for portuguese language but it didn't work. Also tried the Tilt patch but it even messed my keyboard more.
So any sugestions?

I'm using a english 6.5 ROM on my Wizard at the moment, but tomorrow my new TyTN II will arrive and I want to feed it with a german 6.5 ROM. It is not very convenient to use a english ROM on a german hardware keyboard...
I haven't found a german 6.5 release so far, only in the diamond forums one for a diamond. But I think it is not smart to flash a diamond ROM on my Kaiser, isn't it?

if you need a german rom please wait until Rom 6.5 become retail status
After release from microsoft in the second half of this year.
all 6.5 roms are unofficial and have beta or hybrid status
Is WM 6.5 in english retail already?!?
There are many 6.5 ROMs out there, and none of them is retail, as far as I know... so if there is a working one in german, please post!
I know I won't get one with support from microsoft etc...

Some registry fixxing and it should be done, but can't remember where I saw it...
Yes, there was a tutorial, but in WM 6.5 a lot of registry entries have been moved or re-moved. I couldn't find the entry for the keyboard...
Off topic: I'm working now with a 6.1 ROM and have no problems so far but with the GPS. It makes weird changes and sometimes works, sometimes not. But when it works, it sucks my battery out in no time...
Have QuickGPS, GPSGate and TomTom7.
Sounds like a Radio Problem.

I am the owner of a Rhodium (Touch Pro 2) I bought in Zurich as my Touch HD died during a stay there.
It is in german, with a good keyboard for me : QWERTZ, but I would like to change my german WM 6.1 into a french WM6.5... If I want to do that on HTC website, I cannot because my serial number says I have a german OS... How can I do ? Can I buy a separate WM 6.5 in french and will it work ?
I have no idea where to post this and if there is a solution...

I'm currently owning a french Samsung i780 (not branded) running Windows Mobile 6.0
I would like to upgrade my phone to, at least, Windows Mobile 6.1 because I think this version is great, much more than the 6.0 one.
But unfortunately I have to admit that I am completely lost between all available roms or upgrades that I could find on the internet.
Of course i've read many of your guides and threads about that subject, but I don't know enough to choose the right rom for my phone.
In the end, I would be very grateful if somebody could indicate me the right thing I have to do in order to update my 6.0 i780 to a french and stable version of Windows Mobile 6.1, conserving the french azerty keyboard.

I successfuly updated my phone to an english Windows Mobile 6.1 version.
The problem is that I have an azerty keyboard on my phone, which doesn't correspond to the rom keyboard (qwerty).
I read carrefuly the threads about that problem, but nothing worked..
What can I do to have my french azerty keyboard on my phone?
