Hey guys,
this was a hard job and we spend many hours and nights on it. Finally we got it booting for every device. Please remember that this port is still a work in progress. It is not a daily driver for now. We dont know the bugs. The most related things should work. The rom also need resizing. We work close with the Evo 4G team which do that. We need all bug report. Most things are: Network, Wifi, Bluetooth, Rotation, Camera, Camcorder, 3G, Call, Messaging and so on. Please do not report resize problems or ui fails.The ROM is a work in progress, so it wouldn't hurt if the thread get some touch ups here and there too. If you want to donate you can do it, we will split all donations in the team. Read the whole thread. In first post you will find all important things, in second post there is the changelog. Before asking a question check this thread and the Homepage. If you have problems which only have you make a Full EXT4 Wipe...

Yeah. zFr3eak made this port. There will be more fixes and updates when me and zFr3eak get them made. Right now, we're focusing on resizing apps.

Okay sounds good! I found a CWM flashable keyboard that we can use for the time being until the original keyboard gets resized.
Can you remove Widgets & apps off the home screen with this version? I guess what I'm asking has the homescreen been resized?

Hey Guys
BeatMod is created from me since i got a HTC Magic. I had there some project like the first Honeycomb port and some stable builds. This is a rom port of a HTC Bliss wwe leak. All Bug reports are welcome, just post it in the thread. Yeah that'll do. The ROM is a work in progress, so it wouldn't hurt if the thread get some touch ups here and there too. I have to put a huge thanks to capychimp, virtuous, evo4g team and sbryan who allways help out and give tips. This port is my biggest from now and thank you for all your nice posts It took me over 100 hours work to get it like that (v3.1) If you want to donate you can do it, i will safe it for a paid homepage or a new dev phone .

A: Yes you always have to wipe. I also recommend to wipe before you flash a update.
Q: I am having troubles with this rom but i cant find someone who have this problem too.

you have to disable stereo recording in camera settings.
hi, i jusnt wanna ask 1 thing, i love all the new graphic stuff of the new sense though i really hate the unlock of the screen, is there a way to put the stock sense on? will be even better if was possible just to keep the sense 3.5 screenlock but changing the unlocking movement from dragging the circle over an option or up, the usual down-dragging bar. thx!!

Awesome I've been waiting for something just like this. Everyday I check the threads in hopes of something different usually only to disappointment of only stock and AOSP roms, which are great but I like custom a lot more. Starting to teach myself the basics now so that eventually I can put my own ideas unto actinand on a phone. Great work but will probably wait till the dialer is fixed. Will the Inspire tinny fix be included in the .2?
What's the problem with dialer? Just no app or it fcs or what?because I can probably make a flashable zip for it till tomorrow

I think it would be up to htc to put sense 3.5 on this unfortunately but I have to say that would be incredible! I am downloading now I hope to be able to use this with boot manager since I'm in love with ics

Please remember this is an Alpha port. I wasnt able to test it myself so please report all bugs you find here sothat i can fix it tomorrow!
10 Chars!!!!
Landscape Sense looks very nice. Problems so far are that if you take the clock off, you can't replace it, and also, in portrait mode, 4x2 widgets are not centered. Other than that, very smooth. Would be nice to have the option to choose a different lockscreen like on other 3.0 Sense ROMs.

Links to download share aren't working.
Shortly after my first post I started having a lot of force closes especially with htc widgets. I really like the landscape sense, so I really look forward to revisiting this rom once it's a little more finalized.

Hey Guys
SmartBeat is created by memnoc, biCh0n, XxXPachaXxX and me. The name is a combination of BeatMod and Smartdroid and should show the cooperation of both teams. This rom is ported from rcmix sensation leak with android 4.0.3 and sense 3.6. it is a work in progress with still some bugs but we do the best to get it done soon. Bichon and memnoc did mostly resizing, pacha provided us a nice kernel and i worked on bugfixing. It was a long and hard way to figure out how icssense act so it wouldnt hurt if the thread get some touches up here and there too. If you want to use this as base just pm me and i am sure you will get permission

correct wifi and data is next. wifi should be fixed soon i think
Bug fixing is our priority also in terms of resizment..some work needs to do, I'll start now and continue as much as we can, in order to fix audio, wifi, and resizment.
Second post updated with a patch to resize dialer and phone.apk and some advices about the build, enjoy
Been waiting for this. Idc what works or not I'm getting this and using as a daily driver on one of my dhd's. Goes to say I haven't even read anything. I just saw the thread and knew I had to get it. You guys did a heck of a job.

very impressive! been waiting for a 3.6 release. currently using flydom rom as my daily but once wifi is up and working will be switching my daily rom. starting some skinning on the sense asap. what m10 are you using for this build may i ask? and do you have a link for it? keep up the good work team smartbeat!
edit: i see facelock.apk is in the apps folder will this be a wip? or taken out for DHD?

WiFi works just fine, Thank you
Downloaded and installed this rom this morning and till now no problems encountered.
Wifi worked out of the box 100% and in about 14 hours lost 7% on battery.
Sofar I just love this rom.

How to disable the 3d effect in sense? Really annoying the watch and widgets flips, when I am moving my phone.
