Does anybody knows how I can get. CM7 ringtones on my g2x? Am rooted running Ultimate G2x rom, it's a nice rom except for the not so good ringtones. I got used to the CM7 ringtones after using the CM7 nightly for about a week but due to the volume issues with 2.3.4 drivers issues am back to 2.2. Thanks in advance

I tried to get it to work with the stock one and it wouldn't record? .apk installed fine, showed up in app drawer, wouldn't work though
Stock does not support it, only dream kernel does that I am aware... one of the links in this thread links directly to that kernels thread. As a bonus I get much better battery life out of it too
I wpuld like to know if im the only one but everytime i flash a 2.3 rom tb says fail to gain root acess? Am i the only one?

Yeah, I know what you are talking about. It happened to mr before.
All you need to do is uninstall TB fix permissions and then download tb from Market and voila!
Let me know if that fixes it.

Here is the latest MIUI Music .apk that I know of V3. Don't remember exactly which thread it was but I got off of a recent XDA post someone had put up. I have tested it and should work with pretty much all GB roms including the newest stock Sprint OTA. enjoy
Like stock YouTube app but need to switch to another app as it doesn't have download option.
Here is the solution :
Try this edited YouTube app with download option. You can access it via 'more' option on right upward option on screen.

It downloads the video with right resolution for your phone.
NOTE :- I did not edit the app, just sharing.
AND after starting download you can't stop it.
It only works in Gingerbread and Ice cream sandwich.

I didn't delete the stock and it works fine. One says rolle in the icon. That's the modded apk
