For large videos, is there any way to get the YouTube App to upload over 4g instead of WiFi?

I want to listen to streaming air traffic control from http://m.liveatc.net/feeds/?icao=sfo but when I play a stream I can either play in vPlayer or Streaming Player, but both apps turn off the audio when I do anything else... kinda defeats the purpose if I can't stream in the background...
Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Have not had much experience with streaming from the web, but with the audio player they use it will not multitask. You need to find an external app that will handle the stream...
I'm gonna look into this more... I'm a Crash Crewman for the Marine Corps and am in constant contact with the Tower, so this would be a nifty app to find for myself as well.

Ugh I can't find any solution. Streaming audio stops when the app goes from open to in the background ... :-(

Hey peeps, currently is there a app that enables u to download and convert youtube videos into mp3?
I was using tube mate
but try this site
http://www.mp3ify.com/index-original.html
all you need is the videos url and you can convert to mp3 and download
Freedi is really the best. But you have to find the apk. But it downloads into your gallery so you can watch videos without wifi or mobile data.
Never live in the past but always learn from it.
Ok so I have made my app, it works up to the point of starting a media stream download.
In the stock browser if I click it will ask if I want to use internet to download or mx player to stream, my app does nothing?
I am working on an app that access internet content, I have the internet permission set and everything works fine except for getting the stream to show up.
I wanted to release this today, but I can't if it does not stream the video content.
I have the java file directing the app to the content site.
Bump...
So no one knows, could it need sd access?
