I'm using their latest HD version, called 5.0.2 beta on my Samsung Moment, it's really a good browser, however I didn't find a way to delete some of the bookmarks already available on it.
The instructions found on the web doesn't work.
1. Slide the page to get to the bookmarks bar.
2. Select quick access
3. Choose bookmarks
4. Select the folder the bookmarks are in, press and hold the book mark you want to delete, then choose "delete bookmark".
This will work.
press the thanks button already, aha.
thanks to your help, i have deleted the bookmarks of no use.
may i ask why do you like this?

This is why many people like Dolphin Browser HD over all of the other ones. Here is a comparison chart of all Dolphin Browsers:

As you can see from the image above, my homescreen is perfect. But there's one thing bugging me.
As you can see, Dolphin Browser HD has Dolphin Br as it's name, as it can't fit the entire name in. I'd like it to say Dolphin. Is there any easy way to correct this, without delving into the SDK? I do know the SDK, I've used it, but if there's a root app which can rename apps, I'd gladly use that instead
Thanks,
Phil
Try this out. It's worked great for all my OCD needs hahaha

Desktop visualizer will crrate a 1x1 widget that you can use any icon you want and assign it to open any app. Then you can rename it to whatever you want.

I don't mind the title getting cut off so much as the new icon...
why did they feel the need to change it?
old DHD icon was perfect.
Thanks for the suggestions guys Completely forgot about Desktop Visualizer
How do I keep using Google's mobile browser on my stock Sensation browser ?
My homepage on my stock browser is Google. Sometimes when I first launch the browser (Internet icon) it launches the desktop Google and sometimes it launches the mobile version.
What settings should I edit to let it keep using the mobile version and not erratic behaviours?
When u run something, u have quick box to choose default program to use "with this action" just simply select box "remember my choose" and then tap proper program to use - tapped rpogram will be used always with this action
I am using ARHD 3.6.13 but I doubt its the rom's fault.
This is what I mean. Everytime I launch my stock browser, I get the desktop version of Google and not the android's mobile version.

I think i finally got it...don't know how but i did.
I called Sprint and spoke to a tech. What you need to do is go to your Gmail on the web browser in desktop mode. Click on the tab that says "more", then click on the tab that says "drive." Mske sure you're still in desktop mode on the "Welcome to Google Drive" screen. On that screen you're going to want to select the "more" tab again and a drop down selection box appears and you want to select the "photos" option. Once in there, you should be able to delete single photos or entire albums from instant upload. Once deleted here, thwy no longer appear on your device. I just did it, and t worked like a charm.*
Good luck!

Probably related to your (bad) connection with the internet.

Hello!
First of all, if you don't already have a precise clue about what is this “link disambiguation pop-ups” stuff, please check out the attached screenshots below.
This pile of sh1te @#$% big brother Google decided to implement long ago in its multi-platform browser is something I'd really do much better without. If my data is correct, this (dis)feature can be flag-disabled on all of the Chrome browser variants… except on Android.

I'd really love for other nice browsers like good old Firefox to become a viable alternative to Chrome on Android but, so far, all of them seem to suck deep in some way(s).
Thanks to my computer science background I know disabling this feature for the Android versions may be more or less easily achievable. I am handily willing to do anything to banish this stuff from my Chrome browser (even hex editing files :silly: ). I am running optimized stock rooted Lollipop 5.1 on an XT1032 device.
Thank you in advance and may the light enlighten you.
Cheers
in my opinion the best browser this Firefox!
