Does anyone know how to unify the Internal SD Card partition? My G2x (running Bionix rom) is showing me 3 storage spaces, i.e., it is showing 2 partitions for internal SD Card & 1 for external SD Card. I wanna know if I can unify the 2 partitions of my internal SD Card so that I can ACTUALLY move my apps to my external SD Card. Any help will be appreciated.

Or is it because its Friday.....You could change the title of the thread to something about the Sensation or a rumor about a GB update....people are really jumping on that.

Hi
This phone has 1GB of internal memory from which about 330MB is traceable, but it's used for the operating system applications, settings, drivers and core.
For storage proper you use SD card.up to 32GB.

Depending on which ROM you have installed, it takes up around half of the 1G internal storage. Then there are other partitions on the internal storage (OneNAND-Flex nand flash) that also take up space, like kernels and bootloaders.
I use app2sd and have a 16G sdcard. No problems here.
Hope that helps.

What do you use for you app2sd? Is there a script that can just move everything to my ext4 partitioned sdcard? Btw I'm used to HTC phones, so far they have been the easiest at rooting, n such.

Hi everyone! My SGS 4G doesn't see his internal memory, like it is not there. This issue happened after flashing the device. The Baseband version was KG4 now I downgraded to KC1 trying to fix the problem. Any ideas why the phone can't recoghise his internal memory?
Is anybody using something like this ? is it better than the stock 8 GB SD card that comes with the device ? is it recommended ?

At the time that the specs came out there was no 64GB cards available only the 32, in theory it should take any card size formatted in fat32

Sorry this is probably a stupid question, but it's bugging me. I never really paid attention to it because I've always had an ext sd. I have an lg g2 with 32 gb of storage. I know the os takes up around 8 gb, but when I flash a new rom it still shows available storage as 24 gb. Can I ever get that 8 gb back, or is it forever locked up in the stock os?

The 8gb is reserved for system. No way to unlock it.
Smack that thanks button if I helped!
