I am using an HTC Incredible and am running Uberkingdom B1(Gingerbread 2.3.3) Sense 3.0 Rom. It only has four skins in the HTC Hub, but I have seen many others in there using different ROMs. This is an amazing rom, but it seems the one skin I like has been omitted on sense 3.0. Is there anyway I can install a custom skin using this ROM.

Also I was wondering if this HTC widget which is on some other HTC phones could be ported to the HTC Incredible.It is to small on the Incredible, could someone make it bigger to take up the whole 1x1. It is a battery widget, here is a screenshot.
Here is the extracted file for the skin. Please help ASAP.
EDIT: I found a working battery widget. It's the second download. You have to download it on your PC then extract it and move it to your phone through a disk drive.

If you are using the incredible it should work. I am using UberKingdom RLS3 sense 3.) if it works on 3.0 it most likely will work on all others.

Here's a beta of what i've been working on.
Incredible HD 360S Theme (currently in Beta)
Note: You must have the HTC Sense from the Desire HD to use this skin.
To use: Reboot to recovery, mount your System
then ADB push the file to "system/app"
This is a work in progress, so it is NOT nearly finished. You will see alot of blue items since this is a skinned version of the Slate skin from HTC Hub, this is just to give you guys an idea of what a little color can do and a few mods can make of a customized skin.
This theme includes the modded HTC Widget clock using my Acid clock. Note: there are some issues with the clock that haven't been completely worked out yet that cause the clock to partially turn white when it flips.
the other notable item included is the Acid version of Rosie (aka Launcher bar) i made using my acid theme. Take a look at the screens to see below:

Note: You MUST rename the file to "Slate.apk" before installing.
your file should look like "Slate.apk" not "Slate.apk.apk so be sure if you don't see file extensions in your browser to only rename it to "Slate" if you don't see .apk at the end of the file.

im wondering how to add those icons in the lock screen, ive been trying to find out how to do it, but cant find any answer, or on my phone settings.
This is the Sense 3.0 lockscreen. I don't think you can install it by itself with full functionality.

No however RCMix HD Kingdom does, Any fully sense 3.0 will have this option enabled.

Try the Kingdom Lockscreen. I found it in this thread ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1062962 ) and it seems to run fine thus far. Only been running it for a day or two now though.

im using the stock 3.0 lockscreen, 3.0 SMS/MMS, and 3.0 weather without any issues from that thread on Ace 1.01....

I installed one of the lock screens onto my phone, and then when it re-booted it never loaded up. Now I can't access anything!?
Also installed it yesteday...and system went wild....had to re-flash

OP u might wanna let people no if this will work with sense Roms, which im gonna guess that this is for ASOP Roms.
Seeing stuff in chinese is normal seeing and MIUI is orginally chinese based ROM and after selecting the lockscreen, it will translate to english on your lockscreen

Anyone not running MikG should check it out here. Def the best Sense 2.1/3.0 hybrid that I've ever used.
This theme is, as you can imagine, mostly black. Some things still need tweaking. I just flashed the Evo build of this theme onto my Inc and fixed whatever was force closing to make it fully functional. Had to rebuild SystemUI.apk and remove the themed HTC_IME.apk for now until I get a chance to rebuild. Other stuff I can't remember.
Great theme, great Rom.

Anyone who wants to flashover/wipe cache remember to turn off Sound Effects in Weather app Settings.
I just used app2zip from the Play Store to backup my Weather.apk into a flashable zip and it saved all the shared preferences too so when you flash, sound effects are already off. Pretty neat app. I'll include all the pref's for weather in the next update so nobody has to worry about turning em off.
