This is my first post here, I'd like your help on a problem about my LG OPTIMUS ONE P500. First of all, I have to say that I'm italian, and it is a Vodafone brand P500.
I got about two weeks ago the famous error about the unmounted SD card, so I read in this forum that the new fw could fix this problem: upgrade, then.
1. it was impossible to update with LG Suite & co., 'cause of the brand;
2. it's impossible to update with softwares like "z4root" or "GingerBreak", 'cause those downloads need an SD card.
3. I tried with SuperOneClick (1.9.1.0) and it didn't work;
4. KDZ didn't do anything at all;
5. I searched for other posts in the whole forum but I found nothing that could help me, so I decided to ask for help directly here.

it can't be so. Try to find post by phone model (LG p500 or optimus one) there are a lot of information. I think you didn't search enough

I write to you as a self realized noob ! i just try to help a friend unbricking his android device. I tried to look on the forum for a thread talking about this device but i could not find it.
In fact, my friend had a "mobiltab" sleek (google it chinese wanna be android tablet! which looks just like herotab device) device with a bit of a hardware problem. Wifi could not connect to any network, in fact, the device could not show mac adress of this device.
He tried to update the firmware using a "herotab" custom rom by putting it in the root of the device internal SD and rebooting.
Now the device is bricked and could not start
i would like to help it and i heard from some friends about this forum so here i am trying to get some help ...

Hi everyone I'm new here on XDA, actually I have been a user of XDA for a long time but for some reason I can never register, well at least now I got in . Well I have been searching for a way to upgrade my LG Optimus 3D SU760 but all I get is P920, for some reason I can't find any way to upgrade my phone to ICS even though I know it is available. I tried the LG Upgrade tool but for some reason after checking Number part a window pops up with all ??????, then after a couple of minutes another window pops up with some weird characters and two choices, all I know one of the choices is cancel because when I clicked it, it cancels the process, the other one I don't know what it says but it seem to continue but after a couple of minutes it pops up again. Hopefully someone can help, I don't feel like paying 400-600 php or 10-15 usd for something I know I can do. TIA.

Lg p920 xbsa404 bugs
Hi All,
I updated my LG P920 with XBSA404 ROM and its successfully installed the ICS however the camera isn't working. It's upside down. some applications (default) are in Korean. I only flashed with the .bin file not the .fls file. Is it necessary to flash with both files?? Please help.

Just wanted your expertise in solving this grave issue. Since I have bought another LG phone (optimus G Pro), I planned to give my previous Optimus thrill P925 to my younger brother (just turned 15) as a gift.
I was running it on Acura 3d max rom (GB one), so I thought of doing a factory reset. After that .. after rebooting each time .. it goes directly to the CWM (touch recovery version 6). I have been searching for the possible remedy for the previous 2 weeks in this forum and its a bit confusing.
If anyone can guide me or give an easy solution, So i can fix this phone and gift it to my brother in due time .. it will be highly appreciated

There is some tool here that breaks recovery bootloop, but I did not find it in the short time I looked. Maybe someone who has used it knows??/

I recently tried to root my LG G3 (d855) with help from this Post http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-root-lg-firmwares-kitkat-lollipop-t3056951
Since this did not seem to work I tried various different methods: All of them stated that my device is rooted but when I went to check on my Phone it wasn't. Then I found out that no Superuser File was installed and this seems to be the reason for it not tho work. Is there a way to install this manually? And how do i do it?
(I don't know much about that kinda stuff so detailed please)

OK i bought a phone on ebay and the phone never stops giving me ads from god knows where. and installing games.this is the phone 8GB 5MP QHD MTK6572 Dual Core 5" Android 4.4 Unlocked Mobile Phone Smartphone it doesnt give any make or model. i do have a link to the phone on ebay but this site isnt let me post it becuase i dont have 10 post(sooo frustrating)
I cant find a name for the phone i was told to insall root checker which i did and it says this phone isnt rooted properly.I was then told to try SuperSu that said a binary wasnt install and that supersu could do it. I was then directed to this forum for help with my phone, so here i am trying to sort my phone out.
