When looking in the Language settings it doesn't show it. Is it something that has to be downloaded? Thanks.
Try a free app called MoreLocale 2.

It should add both Chinese simplified and Traditional to Settings.

I bought the Nexus S in the US for a friend in Poland as it would ultimately be cheaper. I noticed that the Polish language is not present in the language selection menu which is odd considering that it is present in the 2.3 SDK.
I can change the phone's locale using MoreLocale2, but system menus and other text are still in English -- the language pack itself is missing.
Is there anything that could be done to add the Polish language pack? Does the Nexus S even come with Polish in Europe?
So far from the searching I've done, it seems that there's no way to go about doing this unless I make my own ROM with the language pack included. That's unfortunate, really. I'll probably have to return the phone, then.
I also looking for this...
Hi,
Is there any option to change application language to another that is included in app, but app has no settings and language was set by default. I have english as default OS language, because my native language is not in this Android. Thanks for any reply

Does the 8010 have Chinese language on it... if so you could try flashing one of their ROMs.

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of any edits (rooted) I can make that would allow the stock MM (6.0.1) to give me all available languages rather than just the stock? I'm looking to add Japanese to my list of languages -- system wide that is, not just input -- but no matter what I do, it only gives me the stock languages. I've tried More Locale which doesn't release the languages to me and Language Enabler. I would love the native Japanese system language and well, the option to use any language I want.
EDIT: Deleting and changing the language.xml in System/csc doesn't work for me either.
Thanks
Hi I would like to ask how to change the language of a Japanese 3ds. It was already hacked (B9S no card) and it is region free. But because it is a Japanese 3ds, the home menu and system apps are in japanese. Is it there a way that will not lose the hack? Also is there is a way to do without reinstalling a firmware like language pack or something?
