[Q] Fonts - Eee Pad Transformer Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

This may be my greatest dissapointment with Android so far - is there a way to add fonts for apps and browsers? For example - I prefer Georgia for reading and writing stuff and I want Verdana and such in the browser when webpages use them. Is it possible or is Android stuck to those four Droid fonts?

I suppose you could use the same method described in this thread. Although you require a rooted device and the name of the font files you want to replace.

[Q] Is it possible to change the fonts?

Is it possible to change the fonts? I'm using VillainRom's most recent Froyo released, but I'd like the clock font to change, and also use some fonts in Chomp SMS (ones that I cannot find in a font-pack).
I have the font files on my computer, but not sure where to go from here..
Thanks

[Q] Changing Fonts

Can't find an up to date thread on changing the fonts on android. There are a few outdated apps that do it the easy way but they seem to have problems as of late. How do we change fonts on android now?

[APPS]Free SAMSUNG fonts

Fonts for FlipFont program installed with Samsung devices and HTC Sense 6 devices. Works also with any ROM with FlipFont software in system. Works also with rooted devices with font changer softwares. Please do not install if your device can't use fonts. How to check it?
Got settings>display settings>font settings if you have it, your device supports fonts. If not, you need root and some font changer.

Every app contains 6 selected public domain, high quality fonts. Why six? If you not need 50-100 fonts on device, why to keep them installed? Soon this account will have 50 apps, each with 6 fonts, so user can choice one with favourite fonts. All will be avaible in app (more fonts page).
@ramzixp I want font icons if you can post some links.

Bold custom font?

I've been using the font, Lintel, as the font of choice for my Android phone for awhile now.
Because my particular phone model does not support cyanogenmod, I use xposed+ifont to set up the system font.
However I noticed that fonts in bold reverts back to the system font as the Lintel font I'm using doesn't seem to support bold font - or at least if it does, the system doesn't seem to use them.
Since the Lintel font family comes in different styles and weight, is there a way to solve this issue? Do I have to repackage a font pack with italics/bold style into the font file? Or is there a way to solve this through root access in Android?

[REQUEST] changing default emojis with andromeda

Hi, I just started using substratum a few weeks ago and one of my favorite features is the ability to change the system fonts to others, including some that change the default system emojis to the iOS ones, since that's what I was looking for a long time (Samsung emojis are just horrible even in oreo). My only problem is that all the overlays that I've tried change not only the emojis, but the font as well, changing it for the default iOS one, which (in my opinion) doesn't suit android quite as well as the default Samsung font. I was wondering if the font I'm looking for (default Samsung font + iOS emojis) already existed or if someone could create it. (Please don't suggest using some root method because rooting is not an option for me) thanks in advance!
