Orange Tint

Is anyone else getting an orange tint across the bottom of the screen? I'm debating getting another device before my 14 days are up.

have you only noticed it when you are scrolling down to the bottom of a page? (snickers a little bit)

Its a constant feint glow about 1 mm is thickness. And I'm not running Gingerbread.

Same here. All 3 of my replacement phones had it. I think it's part of the lcd bleed issue.

I dont have any orange tint on the bottom. Return it for a new one.

Heck no with a phone rep. In person would be even better. If they were as understanding.
Keep a good attitude and remember escilation helps. Its a new phone. Defects are unacceptable, and not the product you wanted nor paid for. So its either a new phone or full refund.
This is not a negotiation nor a request. You are in a contract. They will not try. They will do.
Full refund.

i'm so glad someone else has this issue. my backlight bleed was bad, but the orange band was what was driving me crazy more than anything else.
replacement should be here in another 3 days, hopefully it doesnt have the same issues.

Wiimote controller

Good day everyone.
I was wondering if there is a patch/mod or anything out there to get the wiimote controller app to be able to sync with the TB. I am running BAMF 1.6.2.

I know that...and I plan to once CM has more of the kinks worked out (battery drain on idle...ugh...been there).

only way to know if it is software or hardware is to flash a new rom. if the problems goes away you know if it doesn't you also know your anwser as well.

Are you seeing it on the keyboard only? ...and specifically when the device is rotated horizontally?
Take a screenshot, if it captures it then we know its displaying like that on purpose, if its hardware it may not capture it.

Definitely sounds like a hardware glitch to me. Take it back and exchange it.

Can't log in to FB app

Anyone else having issues on their T-bolt with FB?
The comments on the latest update on Google Play are not kind.
I couldnt upload anything to the app so I logged out and restarted my phone.
Now I can not even log in. I get an error and it says try again later.
Edit:
I did a factory reset and still no go. Has to be a FB issue.
Im on 2.3.4 Im rooted but Im doing some app testing so I need to be on the stock software. My Rezound which is on ICS isnt having a problem

There is also the possibility that being logged in on the web version prevents you from logging into the app. I stopped using the app long ago because it was causing a wake lock on my phone.

The newest app update now let's me in with an occasional no link error.

I'm just curious, if a phone is reported lost/stolen can it still be used by someone else? Or is it somehow deactivated?

Yes it can still be "used" but on a network is a different story. If the ESN is reported to the original carrier though, it would be shut-off from authenticating on that network.
