Cobra99,
I messed up the G Tablet soon after receiving it.
Here are two links with information on how to get it restored.

All I can suggest is trying to NVFlash again..
Go HERE for help, Start with CODE RED!
I ended up soft bricking(if you can get into apx mode or recovery, its not really bricking) by TF today and couldnt get into recovery mode. Although, I was able to get into apx mode. Using the unverisal rootkit, I was unable to restore or install new roms onto the device. But using the vanilla nvflash for the tf, and by extracting the files inside of the prime 2.1 download to the root of the nvflash folder, I was able to get prime installed
Just wanted to post my experience in case this could help someone.
thanks?!
this helped me recover from a soft brick on my b70. i spent all day trying to find a way to fix my transformer(universal rootkit thingy didnt help..) and in the end i saw this post thingy. thank you!!!!
Your welcome
It took me an entire day to figure this out.

I had a similar affair while rooting and ended up installing Prime v1.4 I think it was at the time. As long as you have nvflash and APX mode working, there is still some hope lol.

So yesterday, while writing a review of a movie on my Asus Transformer, it suddenly rebooted and got stuck in a boot cycle. No big deal, this has happened a lot since the ICS update(s). So I tried a warm boot, following that failure with a cold boot. Nothing worked. As a matter of fact, the whole screen went dark and wouldn't even try to boot. I'm pretty average in my Android knowledge, so off I go to the interwebs to find a solution. After an hour of reading or so, I determine that perhaps a reinstall of ICS would be my best bet. After all, there isn't much on the tablet that wasn't backed up.
I attempt the NVFlash process via my laptop. It seemed to start to work but suddenly closes before writing to the partitions (or so I'm led to believe). My screen is now alive with:
"Entering NvFlash recovery mode / NvSp server
Chip Uid: 0370014841601257"
Suddenly, I am out of my league and frustrated that this unit won't respond to anything I do.
Anyone have any advice or a stickythread that they can recommend?
I greatly appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks,
Gary
Android is vulnerable in virus/trojan or such attacked.. So be vigilant about it and have android antivirus installed.
And your issue should start from booting into stock recovery and perform factory wipe before attempting the nvflash.
Now Nvflash work only for TF101 with serial B60 and below. Check yours for the nvflash compatibility.

Mine is a B60, so I thought it would work. Also, I cannot get into the stock recovery to wipe it, it's refusing to respond to anything except APX. Even then it doesn't do much but fail at NVFlash.
And I did have Avast installed for antivirus.
Additionally, I was able to see that when running NvFlash, it stops right after "creating partition: GPT" and closes itself out. What, if anything, might I be doing wrong here?
also try using NVFLASH from another PC/laptop.
I had some problems making backup with nvflash on 1 pc. Using the other pc solved my problem.
Don't know if it works for you
Ok, I have been on this for several days now searching with no success. My phone was running perfectly until i decided to update it using the LG mobile software updater. After that things went down hill. My phone is stuck on the " S/W upgrade please wait while upgrading..." screen. I tried several steps posted by others but no luck what so ever. I was able to get ClockworkMod Recovery v5.0.2.0 on the phone thinking that it would help because the stock recovery menu would just lead me back to that screen when I tried to do the hard reset. I flashed Roms on it following the exact instructions and when i reboot it still goes back to that screen. The only steps that i couldnt follow threw with was the Clean Batch Internal SD format for some reason. I went into APX mode and ran the flash.bat file but nothing would pop up leading me to believe that i did something wrong or something I dont know.
Can anyone help?

Help!!!! I've been a big fan of Androids and many developers but just have never ask for help. Just today, I thought I would try to flash back to stock by using ics 9.2.27 firmware on my Transformer tf101, I wasn't careful enough and read the direction, I unzipped it and then flashed... now everything is lost/gone and can boot up, but stays at Asus bootup sign loop, can not turn off. Tried to go to recovery, recovery is lost/gone. There is no way I can recover so please anyone who can help, I would appreciated. I've done this for a long time with other products/brand. I feel so damn bad. I hope there is a way I can flash to recovery, anything, just to run, I can restore everything, but I can not do anything at all at this point.
