Add LED flashlight widget to notification bar?

I'm running a rooted build of MG2 (4.1.2) on a Boost Mobile S3. For whatever reason, while stock has many nice notification shade toggles, turning on the camera flash as an on-demand light isn't one of them.
Can I add a widget, such as TeslaLED, to the notification pull-down? What app would accomplish this? For whatever reason, I prefer to have it in my notification pull-down instead of my home screen.
Thanks!

Notification Toggles

Is there any way to remove TouchWiz's notification toggles ?
They take up a lot of unnecessary space in my opinion.
I'm using a rooted GT-I8262

"Mobile data" toggle is far away on the right side for my taste.

you're very helpful,tnx
I've not seen any mods. Best thing you can do is get an app that puts a separate % icon in status bar.
