Unsupported device not working...
Not working on Archos 43. Showed up in market, installed fine, but stops at program running with unsupported device popup. Works great on Nexus One running Cyanogenmod!

Doesn't work on the stock G2X

Installed on Fascinate and also have app working to adjust queue and search for movies, but cannot stream a movie as it says "device not supported".
Guess we'll have to wait for a hack job or our device to be eventually supported.

Streaming works on dell streak with streakdroid 1.90. Two problems the movies play is 2x the normal speed and drains battery like crazy

Doesn't work on Viewsonic G-tab with Gingertab on it. Get the unsupported device pop up.

Doesnt work for the Mytouch 4g (Even though it has better specs than more than one phone on that list...) But i called customer support and they said that they eventually would release a working app for EVERY android phone with hardware capable of streaming video smoothly. Also, I pretty much got a direct confirmation of one for the Mytouch 4g very soon.

Only works on phones with Qualcomm chipset...

Thanks OP, working on HTC Desire, Oxygen 2.0.3. Nice app, buffering and fast forwarding responds super quick

No work on my droid 1 with cyangenomod 6.1.2.

Not working on stock htc thunderbolt, loaded the app I can browse queue and just about everything else just fine. When it comes time to play I get a blank screen and either returned to the queue, or get a DRM notification.

Pandora and GB roms?

I'm currently using gingeritis beta 8 and am having some problems with Pandora.
When I open the app, it seems to take a while to load the first song and is unresponsive in general. Once the first song is played, it doesn't play the next song, I have to manually skip the song. Its unresponsive here as well.
Is anyone else on any gingerbread roms having this issue?
Also, amazon cloud player works flawlessly if that makes a difference.

Search the BAMF thread and you'll find that an awesome cubs fan uploaded pandora 1.5.6. Apparently, 1.5.7 doesn't work well with GB. 1.5.6 works much better according to the thread.

same problem here runnign DB2.0 v4.01, and I am using the lean kernel 2.5.4test4 by Imoseyon

My kernel is Imoseyon 2.5.4 test1

Same here. Still having the same issues using 1.5.6, except I'm using the 2.5.4 test4 kernel.

Yeah, this is a pretty big deal to those of us who listen to pandora all day. I've scoured through the BAMF and Gingeritis threads and everyones problems seem to be resolved by the 1.5.6 apk. That hasn't done the job on my phone Hopefully someone else has been able to get it working.

Yup. Same here. 1.5.6 with unlimited skips is cool, but has the same problems. Strangely enough 3g seems to load a little faster than 4g. Other than Pandora my 4g is obviously much faster. It's so frustrating I just avoid Pandora until this is fixed.

Well... I thought I could be some help here when I read the title, but my Pandora is working flawlessly on Gingeritis VII. Maybe a permisions issue? I might hold off on VIII if its going to break Pandora though.

I fixed permissions in both Rom Manager and CWM Recovery, no change.

I get lag as well, there is a long break between songs.
One of the bugs we'll have to put up with for now

This may not be ROM specific. I stream pandora 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. Today I have been getting 15-30 second delays between songs and have had 2 random reboots.
I'm running CM7 pre-alpha build 4 and have been for about a month and haven't had any issues/reboots until today..

Sorry, I should have said that I haven't yet tried the fix. Some have said that it fixes the issue. I just tried it and I'm still having a lag.

What is pissing me off, is the FIRST thing I tested after installing this kernel yesterday was pandora, and then 4g. Both seemed to work perfectly, this morning however is not the same story.

There are 2 patterns here:
1) This is affecting GB roms only it seems
2) It started happening recently. Mine started yesterday.
Maybe it's a GB issue? Anyone else try it on Froyo recently? Perhaps it's a Pandora issue and it will work itself out?

Just got this to work for me. I iinstalled the APK, but when I started it, the version was still 1.5.7. I then did an uninstall in market, installed the APK, started and made sure it said 1.5.6 in the lower right startup screen. It now works.

Same issues for me on multiple GB leaked roms...

I've run into the same problem using band 2. While some seemed to quickly declare the issue solved by downgrading to the previous Pandora version, this did not solve the problem for me. I've tried .6 both by uninstalling .7 first as well as having it be the first version to hit a fresh bamf install. either way, i experience the Pandora delays.

Pandora is working fine for me on Das BAMF 2.0.4

what governor and speedtweak settings are people using that pandora works for?

I have this version (1.3) working on my Inspire 4G. No hacks needed just dl and install from SD card! http://www.multiupload.com/XTEWL8CLCZ Works for me on stock AT&T 2.3 GB rooted rom!!! All video and sound is working. This version of Netflix is the latest update for use on Android tablets but it's working on HTC Inspires too. I have tested the streaming on WiFi and on HSPDA+ and both work great. By the way this is not a hacked .apk .

AARGHH...No GTA3 on ICS?!?!?!?

Getting really hacked off with this now as I've tried both CM9 kang and EOS builds of ICS and both will cause GTA3 to hang after the game initially loads. I then have to manually close it as it just locks up completely.
Anyone found a cure for this cos I need ICS but also NEED to play GTA3......lol

Need? Why is it a matter of life and death? You NEED food and water, you dont Need ICS & GTA 3, rather you would like to have both.
Looks like your SOL as far as having both ICS & GTA 3 and will have to prioritise which is more important, until an update is released.

Im getting a similar issue. The game boots and i can play it for a while, but it always eventually locks up on me. Its the only game that does this for me too. I tried it using several of the Kang ICS builds on my wifi only Xoom.
Tried lowering clock speeds too since i am overclocked.

works fine on the stock build of ICS here

Fudge it, might just roll back to stock and wait for OTA then.....lol

How long have you played the game in one stretch? My game "works fine" for a few minutes too but then freezes. I'm curious how long have you played in one continuous session?

I'm on stock ics longest I've managed is 5 mins of gta. Redownloading the data part as was my old files from honeycomb hoping it works.
Didn't work still freezes.
Just tried gta settings low high mixed nothing helped.

Not really surprising that a lot of the "high end" games are broken with ICS. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure there were enough under the hood changes in the OS from HC to ICS that would break games like GTA3.

just installed gta 3 on my xoom. seems to be working fine.

Theres a rooted CWM flashable version of the stock ICS rom around. I think it's pinned in the dev section. I'm running it and all of the apps (games) I know and love (including GTAIII) run beautifully.

Just updated GTA3 from the marketplace to version 1.3 and it seems to have been fixed, just played for 30mins or so without a hitch!
Still an awesome game, love cruising round to 'Push it to the Limit', brings back memories!

No problems with the last update and Team Rogue's CM9

I have the wifi only kang cm9 leak installed, along with the latest GTA3 patch and now I don't have lockups anymore. Played GTA3 for one hour, overclocked to 1.4ghz. No problems whatsoever.
Looks like they fixed it.

1.3 for me froze just after leaving the garage at the start of the game - could be because the sd files were from version 1.2?
have uninstalled and removed the sd files and redownloading... not sure if it will help.
sounds like 1.3 fixed it for everyone though

after the 1.3 update....working fine on my xoom and nexus both running ICS. played for 2 hours on xoom no bugs or crashing

Issues with flash player on decks ICS ROM.

I have had great luck with Decks ICS ROM only issue aside from video camera not working is I can't get videos on the internet to play..I think I may have to fix something with the flash player. This is the only ROM I had issues like this with. Without having to search through 300 pages of info anyone come across any fixes or have encountered this problem?

I'm looking for one that works too. There is a version on the Market for the Nexus S, but I can't download on my phone. Hopefully Adobe will soon support other (not many officially have ICS) devices or someone will kang the app to work.
